A device to securely access a digital asset with an asset blockchain address on a blockchain, including a processor in the mobile body and associated with a processor blockchain address, and a sensor coupled to the body to authenticate a user, wherein selected user events are placed on the blockchain, wherein the processor sends an access request to the digital asset upon authentication based on the blockchain address and events on the blockchain, wherein the digital asset contractual details, access right, and ownership rights are stored on a decentralized ledger, and wherein the processor uses the ledger to record or manage property right for the digital asset.

What is claimed is: 1. A device to securely access a digital asset or data with an asset blockchain address on a blockchain, comprising: a processor in a mobile body and associated with a processor blockchain address, a sensor coupled to the mobile body and code that monitors behavioral data over a period of time to authenticate a user, wherein selected user events are placed on the blockchain, wherein the processor sends an access request data based on the blockchain address and events on the blockchain, wherein data, access right, and ownership rights are stored on a decentralized ledger, and wherein the processor uses the ledger to record or manage property right for the data or digital asset; and a module to receive a query requesting an answer from a user, wherein a blockchain identity uniquely identifies an authenticity of the answer and the module provides the answer to the query to a database. 2. The device of claim 1 , comprising a digital key or smart key to facilitate access to the digital asset or data. 3. The device of claim 1 , wherein the digital asset or data is linked with an asset, a coin, or a token. 4. The device of claim 1 , wherein the ledger stores and exchanges digital keys to access the digital assets or data. 5. The device of claim 1 , comprising a lock to secure a physical asset, wherein the lock is unlocked using the blockchain. 6. The device of claim 1 , wherein the processor uses the ledger to manage property rental of the digital asset or data using the blockchain. 7. The device of claim 1 , wherein the processor verifies a contract validity using the blockchain. 8. The device of claim 7 , wherein the processor uses the ledger to track rental or sub-licensing of the digital asset. 9. The device of claim 1 , comprising a legally enforceable contract on the blockchain. 10. The device of claim 9 , wherein the contract comprises a unilateral contract, a bilateral contract, or a machine-to-machine contract. 11. The device of claim 1 , comprising code that monitors user behavioral data over a period of time. 12. The device of claim 1 , comprising code that gathers vehicle data during operation and during parking or at rest. 13. The device of claim 9 , wherein user behavior is used to provide access. 14. The device of claim 9 , wherein user behavior is provided as feedback to reduce an expense or a charge. 15. The device of claim 1 , wherein the processor verifies a loan contract for the digital asset or data using the blockchain. 16. The device of claim 15 , wherein the loan contract is issued by a lender, a rotating credit association or a social network lending group using the blockchain. 17. The device of claim 1 , wherein the processor verifies a purchase contract for the digital asset or data using the blockchain. 18. The device of claim 17 , wherein the purchase contract is issued by a lender, a rotating credit association or a social network lending group using the blockchain. 19. The device of claim 1 , comprising a lock or an access control device for a real property and wherein the processor verifies a purchase contract, a mortgage contract or a rental contract for the real property using the blockchain. 20. The device of claim 1 , wherein the contract is issued by a lender, a rotating credit association or a social network lending group using the blockchain.
