A method, performed by an electronic device, of providing a conversational service includes: receiving an utterance input; identifying a temporal expression representing a time in a text obtained from the utterance input; determining a time point related to the utterance input based on the temporal expression; selecting a database corresponding to the determined time point from among a plurality of databases storing information about a conversation history of a user using the conversational service; interpreting the text based on information about the conversation history of the user, the conversation history information being acquired from the selected database; generating a response message to the utterance input based on a result of the interpreting; and outputting the generated response message.

What is claimed is: 1. A method providing a conversational service to a user, performed by an electronic device, the method comprising: starting, by at least one processor of the electronic device, the conversational service as the user approaches within a certain distance from the electronic device; receiving, by the at least one processor, an utterance input by the user; outputting a response to the utterance input; determining whether a conversation between the electronic device and the user is suspended based on a distance between the electronic device and the user; storing a conversation history with the user and a face ID of the user, in a database included in the electronic device, based on a determination that the conversation is suspended; transmitting the face ID of the user to at least one other electronic device; and after transmitting the face ID of the user and based on receiving a request from the at least one other electronic device for the conversation history with the user, transmitting the conversation history to the at least one other electronic device based on it having been determined that a user identified by the at least one other electronic device corresponds to the transmitted face ID of the user. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving, by the at least one processor, a request from an other electronic device among the at least one other electronic device to share the database in which the conversation history related to the face ID is stored; and transmitting the database to the other electronic device. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the receiving of the request to share the database is performed in a case that the user approaches within a certain distance from the other electronic device. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the face ID of the user is obtained by performing face recognition on a face image of the user. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: interpreting the utterance input based on the conversation history and the face ID stored in the database; and wherein the outputting of the response is performed based on an interpretation result. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the response includes a response message for continuity of the conversation. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the electronic device and the at least one other electronic device are located in different spaces of a store. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the starting of the conversational service includes starting the conversational service via face-based user authentication without a user's command as the user approaches within a certain distance from the electronic device. 9. An electronic device configured to provide a conversational service to a user, the electronic device comprising: a memory storing at least one instruction; and at least one processor, comprising processing circuitry, configured to execute the at least one instruction to provide the conversational service to the user, and individually and/or collectively configured to: start the conversational service as the user approaches within a certain distance from the electronic device; receive an utterance input by the user; control to output a response to the utterance input; determine whether a conversation between the electronic device and the user is suspended based on a distance between the electronic device and the user; based on a case that it is determined that the conversation is suspended, store a conversation history with the user and a face ID of the user in a database of the electronic device; control to transmit the face ID of the user to at least one other electronic device; and after transmitting the face ID of the user and based on receiving a request from the at least one other electronic device for the conversation history with the user in response to the at least one other electronic device determining that a user identified by the at least one other electronic device corresponds to the transmitted face ID of the user, control to transmit the conversation history to the at least one other electronic device. 10. The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to: receive a request from an other electronic device among the at least one other electronic device to share the database in which the conversation history related to the face ID is stored; and control to transmit the database to the other electronic device. 11. The electronic device of claim 10 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to receive the request to share the database in a case that the user approaches within a certain distance from the other electronic device. 12. The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to obtain the face ID of the user by performing face recognition on a face image of the user. 13. The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to: interpret the utterance input based on the conversation history and the face ID stored in the database; and control to output the response based on an interpretation result. 14. The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the response includes a response message that guarantees continuity of the conversation. 15. The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the electronic device and the at least one other electronic device are located in different spaces of a store. 16. The electronic device of claim 9 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to start the conversational service via face-based user authentication without a user's command as the user approaches within a certain distance from the electronic device. 17. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having stored therein a program that, when executed, causes an electronic device to perform operations for providing a conversational service to a user, the operations comprising: starting the conversational service as the user approaches within a certain distance from the electronic device; receiving an utterance input by the user; outputting a response to the utterance input; determining whether a conversation between the electronic device and the user is suspended based on a distance between the electronic device and the user; in a case that it is determined that the conversation is suspended, storing, by the at least one processor, a conversation history with the user and a face ID of the user in a database included in the electronic device; transmitting the face ID of the user to at least one other electronic device; and after transmitting the face ID of the user and based on receiving a request from the at least one other electronic device for the conversation history with the user in response to the at least one other electronic device determining that a user identified by the at least one other electronic device corresponds to the transmitted face ID of the user, transmitting the conversation history to the at least one other electronic device. 18. The non-transitory computer-readable recording medium of claim 17 , the operations further comprising: receiving a request from one other electronic device among the at least one other electronic device to share the database in which the conversation history related to the face ID is stored; and transmitting the database to the other electronic device. 19. The non-transitory computer-readable recording medium of claim 18 , wherein the receiving of the request to share the database is performed in
