An operating device for a human-powered vehicle, comprising: a base member including a first end portion configured to be coupled to a handlebar, a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, a hydraulic unit, a base body configured to accommodate the hydraulic unit, and an accommodating structure including at least one of a circuitry accommodating part and a power-supply accommodating part; and an operating member pivotally coupled to the base member about a pivot axis, wherein the accommodating structure is a separate member from the base body, the accommodating structure being detachably attached to the base body at the second end portion, the accommodating structure includes a main body and an attachment member, the main body includes the at least one of the circuitry accommodating part and the power-supply accommodating part, and the attachment member is detachably attached to the main body. 2. The operating device according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one of the circuitry accommodating part and the power-supply accommodating part is enclosed and sealed in the accommodating structure. 3. The operating device according to claim 1 , wherein the circuitry accommodating part is configured to further accommodate at least one of circuitry, a communicator, an antenna, an informing unit, and a controller. 4. The operating device according to claim 3 , wherein the at least one of the communicator, the antenna, the informing unit, and the controller is electrically mounted to the circuitry. 5. The operating device according to claim 1 , wherein the power-supply accommodating part includes an accommodating space, a first inner surface, and a second inner surface, and the accommodating space is at least partly defined between the first inner surface and the second inner surface. 6. The operating device according to claim 5 , wherein the power-supply accommodating part includes a third inner surface extending between the first inner surface and the second inner surface, and the accommodating space is at least partly defined by the first inner surface, the second inner surface, and the third inner surface. 7. The operating device according to claim 6 , wherein the power-supply accommodating part is configured to accommodate an electrical contact disposed to at least one of the first inner surface, the second inner surface and the third inner surface, and the electrical contact is configured to contact a power supply in a state where the power supply is provided in the accommodating space. 8. The operating device according to claim 1 , wherein the attachment member is detachably attached to the main body via a fastener. 9. The operating device according to claim 1 , wherein the main body and the attachment member are made of a non-metallic material. 10. An operating device for a human-powered vehicle, comprising: a base member including a first end portion configured to be coupled to a handlebar, a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, a base body, and a power-supply accommodating part; and an operating member pivotally coupled to the base member about a pivot axis, wherein the power-supply accommodating part is a separate member from the base body, the power-supply accommodating part being detachably attached to the base body at the second end portion, the power-supply accommodating part is configured to accommodate an electrical contact, and the electrical contact is configured to contact with a power supply in a state where the power supply is provided in the power-supply accommodating part. 11. The operating device according to claim 10 , wherein the power-supply accommodating part includes an accommodating space, a first inner surface, and a second inner surface, and the accommodating space is at least partly defined between the first inner surface and the second inner surface. 12. The operating device according to claim 11 , wherein the power-supply accommodating part includes a third inner surface extending between the first inner surface and the second inner surface, and the accommodating space is at least partly defined by the first inner surface, the second inner surface, and the third inner surface. 13. The operating device according to claim 12 , wherein the power-supply accommodating part is configured to accommodate the electrical contact disposed to at least one of the first inner surface, the second inner surface and the third inner surface, and the electrical contact is configured to contact the power supply in a state where the power supply is provided in the accommodating space. 14. An operating device for a human-powered vehicle, comprising: a base member including a first end portion configured to be coupled to a handlebar, a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, a base body configured to accommodate a hydraulic unit, and an accommodating structure including at least one of a circuitry accommodating part and a power-supply accommodating part; and an operating member pivotally coupled to the base member about a pivot axis, wherein the accommodating structure is a separate member from the base body, the accommodating structure being detachably attached to the base body at the second end portion, the accommodating structure includes a main body and an attachment member, and the at least one of the circuitry accommodating part and the power-supply accommodating part is sealed in the accommodating structure by a seal member provided between the main body and the attachment member. 15. The operating device according to claim 14 , wherein the accommodating structure includes the power-supply accommodating part, the power-supply accommodating part is sealed in the accommodating structure by the seal member provided between the main body and the attachment member, the accommodating part includes an insertion opening to receive at least a portion of the attachment member, and the seal member is disposed closer to the insertion opening than all fasteners used to mount the attachment member to the main body. 16. The operating device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a holder is configured to at least partly receive a power supply, the holder being provided to the attachment member. 17. The operating device according to claim 1 , wherein the attachment member is slidably attached to the main body in a direction parallel to the pivot axis. 18. The operating device according to claim 1 , wherein the hydraulic unit is configured to generate hydraulic pressure in response to a movement of the operating member. 19.
