What is claimed is: 1. A cleaner holder comprising: a charging stand including a supporting surface configured to support a dust container of a cleaner and a coupling part formed at a lower part of the charging stand; a support connected to the coupling part; a base supported on a floor and connected to the support; and a battery accommodating space recessed from the supporting surface of the charging stand and configured to receive a cleaner battery that has been detached from the cleaner; and wherein a top surface of the cleaner battery in the battery accommodating space is positioned higher than the coupling part, and the coupling part is positioned higher than a nozzle of the cleaner in a state in which the dust container of the cleaner is supported by the supporting surface. 2. The cleaner holder of claim 1 , wherein the charging stand comprises: a first body comprising a first charging port configured to charge the cleaner; and a second body comprising the supporting surface, wherein the coupling part is formed at a lower part of the first body. 3. The cleaner holder of claim 2 , wherein the second body comprising a second charging port to charge the cleaner battery. 4. The cleaner holder of claim 3 , wherein the battery accommodating space is defined by a pair of side walls, a front wall that connects the pair of side walls each other, and a bottom wall, and wherein the second charging port includes a pair of terminals disposed at the bottom wall. 5. The cleaner holder of claim 4 , wherein the second body includes a recessed part that is recessed downward from the bottom wall of the battery accommodating space and configured to receive a corresponding protrusion of the cleaner battery, the corresponding protrusion of the cleaner battery including a battery terminal, and wherein the second charging port extends from a bottom of the recessed part. 6. The cleaner holder of claim 4 , wherein the second body defines a drainage hole configured to discharge liquid and located between the pair of terminals. 7. The cleaner holder of claim 4 , wherein the battery accommodating space is dispose between the front wall and the coupling part. 8. The cleaner holder of claim 4 , wherein in a stated in which the support is coupled to the coupling part, an upper end of the support is positioned hinger than the second charging port. 9. The cleaner holder of claim 1 , wherein the battery accommodating space is configured to be covered by the dust container of the cleaner. 10. A cleaner holder comprising: a charging stand configured to support a dust container of a cleaner and including a coupling part formed at a lower part of the charging stand; a support connected to the coupling part; a base supported on a floor and connected to the support; and a battery accommodating space recessed from one surface of the charging stand and configured to receive a cleaner battery that has been detached from the cleaner; and wherein a top surface of the cleaner battery in the battery accommodating space is positioned higher than the coupling part, and wherein a vertical length of the support is greater than a vertical length of the cleaner battery. 11. The cleaner holder of claim 10 , wherein the one surface of the charging stand is configured to support the dust container of the cleaner. 12. The cleaner holder of claim 11 , wherein a vertical distance between the one surface of the charging stand and the top surface of the cleaner battery in the battery accommodating space is less than a vertical length of the support. 13. The cleaner holder of claim 11 , wherein a vertical distance between the one surface of the charging stand and the top surface of the cleaner battery in the battery accommodating space is less than the vertical length of the cleaner battery. 14. The cleaner holder of claim 10 , wherein a vertical length of the support is greater than a vertical length of the charging stand. 15. A cleaner holder comprising: a charging stand including a supporting surface configured to support a dust container of a cleaner and a coupling part formed at a lower part of the charging stand; a support connected to the coupling part; a base supported on a floor and connected to the support; and a battery accommodating space recessed from the supporting surface of the charging stand and configured to receive a cleaner battery that has been detached from the cleaner; and wherein a top surface of the cleaner battery in the battery accommodating space is positioned higher than the coupling part, and wherein a vertical distance between the base and a bottom surface of the cleaner battery is greater than a vertical length of the cleaner battery. 16. The cleaner holder of claim 15 , wherein a vertical distance between the base and the coupling part is greater than the vertical length of the cleaner battery. 17. The cleaner holder of claim 15 , wherein a vertical distance between the supporting surface and the top surface of the cleaner battery in the battery accommodating space is less than the vertical distance between the base and the bottom surface of the cleaner battery. 18. The cleaner holder of claim 15 , wherein a vertical distance between the supporting surface and the top surface of the cleaner battery in the battery accommodating space is less than a vertical distance between the base and the coupling part. 19. The cleaner holder of claim 15 , wherein a vertical length of the support is greater than a vertical length of the charging stand.
