A component assembly for a human-powered vehicle, the component assembly basically includes a member and a wire rod. The member includes a wall that has a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and an opening. The wire rod passes through the opening in the wall of the member. The wire rod includes a first portion located on the first surface side of the wall and a second portion located on the second surface side of the wall. The first portion includes an abutment portion that contacts the first surface adjacent the opening in the wall to suppress axial movement of the first portion of the wire rod through the opening in the wall with respect to an axial direction with respect to a center axis of the opening in the wall.

What is claimed is: 1. A component assembly for a human-powered vehicle, the component assembly comprising: a member including a wall that has a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and an opening; and a wire rod passing through the opening in the wall of the member, the wire rod including a first portion located on the first surface side of the wall and a second portion located on the second surface side of the wall, the first portion including an abutment portion that contacts the first surface adjacent the opening in the wall to suppress axial movement of the first portion of the wire rod through the opening in the wall with respect to an axial direction with respect to a center axis of the opening in the wall, the abutment portion including a coil shape, an outer diameter of the coil shape being larger than a diameter of the opening. 2. The component assembly according to claim 1 , further comprising a fixing material coupling the abutment portion to the first surface of the wall. 3. The component assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the fixing material includes a sealing material at least partly sealing the opening in the wall. 4. The component assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the fixing material includes a resin material at least partly covering the first surface of the wall and the abutment portion. 5. The component assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the first surface has a boundary portion that is configured to surround the opening, and the fixing material is disposed in the boundary portion. 6. The component assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the second portion of the wire rod includes an insulated outer casing. 7. A hub assembly comprising the component assembly according to claim 1 , the hub assembly further comprising: a hub axle; and a hub body rotatably mounted on the hub axle to rotate around a rotational center axis of the hub assembly, wherein the member is non-rotatably coupled to the hub axle. 8. The hub assembly according to claim 7 , further comprising an electric component including a housing that includes the member that has the wall with the opening, and wherein the wire rod is an electric cable having a first end electrically connected to the electric component. 9. The hub assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the electric component includes an electric circuit board, and the first end of the electric cable is electrically connected to the electric circuit board. 10. The hub assembly according to claim 7 , further comprising a sprocket support structure rotatably disposed around the rotational center axis to transmit a driving force to the hub body while rotating in a driving rotational direction around the rotational center axis.
