What is claimed is: 1. An antibody comprising an antigen recognition domain which specifically binds GABRA2 and comprises complementarity determining regions (CDRs) as set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 18, 19 and 20 arranged in a sequential order from N to C on a light chain of the antibody and CDRs as set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 8, 9 and 10 arranged in a sequential order from N to C on a heavy chain of said antibody. 2. The antibody of claim 1 comprising a heterologous therapeutic moiety. 3. A method of treating neuroblastoma in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of an antibody comprising an antigen recognition domain which specifically binds GABRA2 and comprises complementarity determining regions (CDRs) as set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 18, 19 and 20 arranged in a sequential order from N to C on a light chain of the antibody and CDRs as set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 8, 9 and 10 arranged in a sequential order from N to C on a heavy chain of said antibody, thereby treating the neuroblastoma.
