The invention claimed is: 1. A water repellent agent composition comprising a compound represented by the following General Formula (1) and a silicone resin: wherein in Formula (1), R 31 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms, R 32 represents a hydrogen, a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or an organic group represented by —R 36 —N(R 37 )—R 38 (in the formula, R 36 represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and R 37 and R 38 each independently represent a hydrogen or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms), R 33 represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, one of R 34 and R 35 represents hydrogen, an alkyl group with 1 to 22 carbon atoms, or an alkenyl group with 2 to 22 carbon atoms, while another of R 34 and R 35 represents hydrogen, a represents an integer of 0 to 2, and when a is 2, the plurality of R 32 and R 33 each may be identical or different, and the silicone resin contains MQ, MDQ, MTQ, or MDTQ as a constituent, wherein M, D, T, and Q represent a (R″) 3 SiO 0.5 unit, a (R″) 2 SiO unit, a R″SiO 1.5 unit, and a SiO 2 unit, respectively, and wherein R″ represents a monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or a monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 15 carbon atoms. 2. The water repellent agent composition according to claim 1 , wherein a melting point or freezing point of the compound represented by the above General Formula (1) is 40° C. to 70° C. 3. A method for producing a water-repellent textile product, the method comprising a step of treating fibers with a treatment liquid including the water repellent agent composition according to claim 1 . 4. A method for producing a water-repellent textile product, the method comprising a step of treating fibers with a treatment liquid including the water repellent agent composition according to claim 2 .
