What is claimed is: 1. A method of manufacturing a display device, comprising: preparing a panel including a plurality of insulating layers on a substrate, at least one transistor formed between the insulating layers in each of pixel areas of the substrate, and a groove formed by penetrating through at least one of the insulating layers in a transmissive area of the substrate, the transmissive area being located between the pixel areas; forming a dummy pattern on the insulating layers along an edge of the transmissive area; forming a transparent organic layer in the groove of the transmissive area; forming a photoresist on the transparent organic layer; removing the dummy pattern; forming a light-emitting element on the substrate; forming a first inorganic layer on an entirety of the substrate; and removing the photoresist. 2. The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: forming an organic layer that covers the transparent organic layer, exposed by removing the photoresist, and the first inorganic layer; and forming a second inorganic layer on the organic layer. 3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein forming the light-emitting element comprises: forming an emission layer in the pixel areas; and forming a first electrode on an entirety of the substrate using a chemical vapor deposition technique, wherein the first electrode is discontinuous between the transmissive area and the pixel areas by the photoresist.
