What is claimed is: 1. A photovoltaic (PV) module mounting assembly, comprising: a roofing panel comprising a base layer and a plurality of ribs extending from the base layer; a flashing panel coupled to and along an edge of the roofing panel; and a first bracket assembly coupled to a first rib of the plurality of ribs, the first bracket assembly comprising a first bracket and a first clip, wherein the first clip is configured to couple with a first edge feature of a PV module to secure the PV module to the roofing panel, and wherein the first edge feature of the PV module is perpendicular to the first rib, wherein the first clip is moveable relative to the first bracket from a first position to a second position, and wherein the first clip is biased toward the first position. 2. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 1 , wherein the roofing panel comprises a plurality of roofing panels. 3. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of roofing panels are arranged into an array with at least one rib of the plurality of ribs of a first roofing panel of the plurality of roofing panels at least partially overlaps a second roofing panel of the plurality of roofing panels. 4. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a second bracket assembly coupled to a second rib of the plurality of ribs, wherein the second rib is laterally spaced apart from the first rib, and wherein the second bracket assembly is configured to couple with a second edge feature of the PV module. 5. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 4 , wherein the second bracket assembly comprises a second bracket and a stationary clip. 6. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 1 , wherein the bracket assembly further comprises a first grounding component. 7. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 6 , wherein the first grounding component comprises a cone shape, and wherein the first grounding component is configured to contact the PV module. 8. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 6 , further comprising a second rib of the plurality of ribs and a second grounding component disposed on a bottom surface of the second rib. 9. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 1 , wherein the flashing panel comprises a base layer and a raised portion, and wherein the raised portion is disposed over a portion of the first rib. 10. A photovoltaic (PV) module mounting assembly, comprising: a roofing panel; and a plurality of bracket assemblies configured to couple a PV module to the roofing panel, the plurality of bracket assemblies comprising: a first bracket assembly comprising a first bracket and a first clip, wherein the first clip is configured to couple with a first edge feature of the PV module to secure the PV module to the roofing panel, and a second bracket assembly comprising a second bracket and a second clip, wherein the second clip is configured to be displaced along a lengthwise direction of the second bracket by the PV module from a first position to a second position. 11. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 10 , wherein the second clip is biased toward the first position. 12. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 11 , wherein the second clip is coupled to a spring, and the spring is configured to bias the second clip toward the first position. 13. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 10 , wherein the second clip comprises a hooked portion configured to engage a second edge feature of the PV module. 14. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 13 , wherein the hooked portion comprises a sloped upper portion. 15. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 13 , wherein the hooked portion is configured to engage the second edge feature of the PV module when the clip returns from the second position to the first position. 16. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 10 , wherein the first clip of the first bracket assembly is a stationary clip. 17. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 10 , wherein the second clip is configured to couple with a second edge feature of the PV module and the second edge feature is disposed along a side of the PV module opposite the first edge feature. 18. The PV module mounting assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a second bracket assembly coupled to the first rib and comprising a second bracket and a second clip, and wherein the second clip is configured to couple with a second edge feature of the PV module opposite the first edge feature of the PV module, wherein the second edge feature of the PV module is perpendicular to the first rib.
