The invention claimed is: 1. A compound of formula (I) in which X is O; Q 1 is N; Q 2 is CR 5 or N; Y is a direct bond; R 1 is methoxy or ethoxy; R 2 is 3-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-phenyl, 3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl, 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)-phenyl, 3,5-dichloro-phenyl, 3-chloro-phenyl, 3-chloro-5-methylsulfonyl-phenyl, 3-chloro-5-(pentafluoro-26-thio)-phenyl, 3-fluoro-5-cyclopropyl-phenyl, 3-chloro-5-cyclopropyl-phenyl, 5-methylsulfonyl-pyridin-3-yl, or 2-chloro-thien-4-yl; R 3a is methyl; R 3b is hydrogen; R 4 is pyrimidin-2-yl, or 5-cyano-pyridin-2-yl; and R 5 is hydrogen. 2. An agrochemical formulation comprising at least one compound of formula (I) according to claim 1 . 3. The formulation according to claim 2 , further comprising at least one extender and/or at least one surface-active substance. 4. The formulation according to claim 2 , wherein the compound of formula (I) is in a mixture with at least one further active compound. 5. A method for controlling one or more pests, the method comprising allowing a compound of formula (I) according to claim 1 or a formulation thereof to act on the one or more pests and/or a habitat thereof, wherein methods for treatment of an animal body by surgery or therapy and diagnostic methods practised on an animal body are excluded. 6. The method according to claim 5 , wherein the one or more pests is an animal pest and comprises an insect, an arachnid or a nematode, or the one or more pests is an insect, an arachnid or a nematode. 7. A product comprising a compound of formula (I) according to claim 1 or of a formulation thereof for controlling one or more animal pests, wherein methods for treatment of an animal body by surgery or therapy and diagnostic methods practised on the animal body are excluded. 8. The product according to claim 7 , wherein the animal pest comprises an insect, an arachnid or a nematode, or the animal pest is an insect, an arachnid or a nematode. 9. A method for protecting seed or a germinating plant from the one or more pests, comprising contacting the seed with a compound of formula (I) according to claim 1 or with a formulation thereof. 10. At least one seed obtained by the method according to claim 9 . 11. A compound of the formula (a): in which the structural elements Y, Q 1 , Q 2 , R 1 , R 3a , R 3b , and R 4 have the meanings given in claim 1 . 12.
