The present disclosure provides pyrimidine dione compounds of Formula Iand pharmaceutical compositions thereof, for treating cancer, including solid tumors either-used alone or in combination with other anti-cancer agents.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound selected from the group consisting of: 2. The compound of claim 1 , which is: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. 4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3 , further comprising one or more additional therapeutic agents. 5. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 , wherein the additional therapeutic agent is independently an anti-neoplastic agent, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or resection therapy. 6. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5 , wherein the additional therapeutic agent is independently rituxan, doxorubicin, gemcitabine, nivolumab, pembrolizumab, nivolumab, atezolizumab or ipilimumab. 7. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5 , wherein the additional therapeutic agent is a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor.
