The invention claimed is: 1. A lithium secondary battery comprising: a positive electrode comprising a positive electrode active material; a negative electrode comprising a negative electrode active material; a separator disposed between the negative electrode and the positive electrode; and a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the positive electrode active material comprises at least one of a lithium cobalt oxide, a lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt-based oxide, or a lithium-manganese-based oxide, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprises a lithium salt; an organic solvent; and an additive, and the additive comprises a compound represented by Formula 1: wherein, in Formula 1, R 1 to R 3 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms. 2. The lithium secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein, in Formula 1, R 1 and R 2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R 3 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 or 2 carbon atoms. 3. The lithium secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 comprises at least one of compounds represented by Formulae 1a or 1b: 4. The lithium secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 is included in an amount of 0.01 wt % to 1.0 wt % based on a total weight of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution. 5. The lithium secondary battery of claim 4 , wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 is included in an amount of 0.2 wt % to 0.9 wt % based on the total weight of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution. 6. The lithium secondary battery of claim 5 , wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 is included in an amount of 0.3 wt % to 0.9 wt % based on the total weight of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution. 7. The lithium secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material comprises the lithium-manganese-based oxide. 8. The lithium secondary battery of claim 7 , wherein the lithium-manganese-based oxide comprises LiMn 2 O 4 .
