What is claimed is: 1. A vibrator generator comprising: a swing unit; a frame including a first inner side surface and a second inner surface, the first inner side surface and the second inner surface extending in a swing direction of the swing unit; a first elastic member and a second elastic member connecting the swing unit and the frame; a coil; wherein the swing unit includes a first end portion and a second end portion in the swing direction of the swing unit, a first outer circumferential surface of the swing unit facing the first inner side surface of the frame includes a first recessed portion, a second outer circumferential surface of the swing unit facing the second inner side surface of the frame includes a second recessed portion, the first recessed portion is arranged in a side of the first end portion with respect to the second recessed portion in the swing direction of the swing unit, the second recessed portion is arranged in a side of the second end portion with respect to the first recessed portion in the swing direction of the swing unit, a joint portion of the first elastic member jointed to the first recessed portion extends from the first recessed portion toward the first inner side surface of the frame, and a joint portion of the second elastic member jointed to the second recessed portion extends from the second recessed portion toward the second inner side surface of the frame. 2. The vibrator generator according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic member includes a beam portion for deflecting when the swing unit moves with respect to the frame. 3. The vibration generator according to claim 1 , wherein the vibration generator has a shape of cuboid, and the swing unit swings in a longitudinal direction of the vibration generator. 4. The vibration generator according to claim 1 , wherein the swing unit moves with respect to the frame, due to current flowing in the coil. 5. The vibration generator according to claim 1 , wherein the first elastic member and the second elastic member are formed of resin.
