The invention claimed is: 1. A method, performed by an owner device, for sharing a digital key with a target device to allow the target device to access an electronic device, in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting, by the owner device, digital key configuration data to the target device; receiving, by the owner device, a certification information including a public key of the target device and a signature of the target device, from the target device, the certification information generated based on the digital key configuration data; generating, by the owner device, a digital key attestation for allowing the target device to access the electronic device based on the certification information; and transmitting, by the owner device, information including the digital key attestation to the target device. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the digital key configuration data comprises at least one of a range of control authority assigned to the target device and a validity period of the digital key. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the digital key configuration data comprises information about at least one of whether the target device is able to open or close a door of a vehicle, whether the target device is able to open or close a door of a trunk, and whether the target device is able to start an engine, by using the digital key. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the generating of the digital key attestation comprises: authenticating the certification information based on the digital key configuration data; and generating the digital key attestation including a signature of the owner device, based on the certification information. 5. A method, performed by a target device, for sharing a digital key with an owner device to allow the target device to access an electronic device, in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving, by the target device, digital key configuration data, from the owner device; generating, by the target device, a certification information including a public key of the target device and a signature of the target device, based on the digital key configuration data; transmitting, by the target device, the certification information, to the owner device; and receiving, by the target device, information including a digital key attestation for allowing the target device to access the electronic device, from the owner device, the digital key attestation generated based on the certification information. 6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the digital key configuration data comprises at least one of a range of control authority assigned to the target device and a validity period of the digital key. 7. The method of claim 5 , wherein the digital key configuration data comprises information about at least one of whether the target device is able to open or close a door of a vehicle, whether the target device is able to open or close a door of a trunk, and whether the target device is able to start an engine, by using the digital key. 8. The method of claim 5 , further comprising transmitting, to the owner device, an associated attestation together with the certification information. 9. The method of claim 5 , further comprising storing the digital key attestation. 10. The method of claim 5 , wherein the digital key attestation comprises a signature of the owner device. 11. An owner device, for sharing a digital key with a target device to allow the target device to access an electronic device, in a wireless communication system, the owner device comprising: a communicator; and at least one processor configured to: transmit, by the owner device, digital key configuration data, to the target device, receive, by the owner device, a certification information including a public key of the target device and a signature of the target device, from the target device, the certification information generated based on the digital key configuration data, generate, by the owner device, a digital key attestation for allowing the target device to access the electronic device based on the certification information, and transmit, by the owner device, information including the digital key attestation, to the target device.
