Apparatus and methods of artificial intelligent based provision of digital content where and when the digital content is needed based upon where an agent is located and a purpose for accessing the content. A location of a user seeking to access the digital content may be used that enables access to the content. Persistent digital content is linked to location coordinates. A physical onsite location may be linked with digital content to enable provision of a user interface with augmented reality that combines aspects of the physical area with location specific digital content. In addition, access to digital content may be limited to users in defined access areas.

What is claimed is: 1. An agent supported device for providing an interactive interface, the agent supported device comprising: a. a memory storing a software program; b. an interactive interface surface; c. a clock; d. a processor in logical communication with the memory, the processor operative via execution of the software program to cause the agent supported device to: i) generate the interactive interface comprising a representation of an architectural drawing comprising at least one of: an architectural aspect and an equipment item in a building; ii) link a virtual tag comprising digital content, with positional coordinates interior to the building; iii) designate in the interactive interface, a virtual agent position interior to the building; generate the positional coordinates descriptive of the virtual agent position; iv) present in the interactive interface on the interactive interface surface, the virtual agent position relative to a position of at least one of: the architectural aspect and the equipment item in the building; v) present in the interactive interface, graphical artifacts descriptive of items in a designated area in a physical world position relative to the virtual agent position; presenting in the interactive interface a user interactive area associated with the virtual tag at content positional coordinates; and vi) via activation of the user interactive area, access the digital content included in the virtual tag. 2. The agent supported device of claim 1 wherein the designated area comprises a radius around the position of at least one of: the architectural aspect and the equipment item in the building. 3. The agent supported device of claim 2 wherein designate agent position is accurate within a margin of error of one meter or less. 4. The agent supported device of claim 3 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to: designate a zone on the interactive interface, the zone correlating with an area in a physical building; designate virtual tag positional coordinates to be within the zone; and display the digital content associated with the zone on the interactive interface. 5. The agent supported device of claim 4 wherein the zone essentially consists of an area in the physical building correlating with a room. 6. The agent supported device of claim 4 wherein the zone essentially consists of an area in the physical building correlating with a unit comprising an occupant space. 7. The agent supported device of claim 5 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to: designate position coordinates for the architectural aspect in the building; and positioning the user interactive area in the interactive interface based upon the position coordinates for the architectural aspect in the building. 8. The agent supported device of claim 7 wherein the digital content displayed comprises information descriptive of the architectural aspect. 9. The agent supported device of claim 8 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to: designate an access area; determine whether the virtual agent position is within the access area; and limit user access to the digital content unless the virtual agent position is within the access area. 10. The agent supported device of claim 3 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to: designate position coordinates for the equipment item in the building; and position the user interactive area in the interactive interface based upon the position coordinates for the equipment item in the building. 11. The agent supported device of claim 10 wherein the digital content included in the virtual tag comprises information descriptive of the equipment item in the building. 12. The agent supported device of claim 11 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to: designate an access area; determining whether a user interacting with the interactive interface is within the access area; and limit access to the digital content unless the user interacting with the interactive interface is within the access area. 13. The agent supported device of claim 3 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to designate position coordinates for an aspect of a construction project related to the building and positioning the user interactive area in the interactive interface based upon the position coordinates for the aspect of the construction project related to the building. 14. The agent supported device of claim 13 wherein the digital content accessed comprises information descriptive of the aspect of the construction project prior to commissioning of the building. 15. The agent supported device of claim 14 wherein the digital content comprises items of material to be used in constructing the building; and the method additionally comprising the step of designate position coordinates in the interactive interface associated with the items of material. 16. The agent supported device of claim 3 wherein a first position of an Agent is within one meter of a doorway indicated on the interactive interface. 17. The agent supported device of claim 16 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to display a travel path of the Agent supporting a smart device, the travel path comprising the first position of the Agent and a second position of the Agent within a margin of error. 18. The agent supported device of claim 17 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to adjust the travel path to maintain a distance of at least about 20 centimeters away from the architectural aspect and the equipment item in the building. 19. The agent supported device of claim 3 wherein the interactive interface comprises a representation of the equipment item to be installed in the building, but not yet installed, and the digital content comprises information descriptive of the equipment item. 20. The agent supported device of claim 3 wherein the processor is additionally operative via execution of the software program to: transceive between a wireless transceiver located interior to the building and a smart device; based upon the transceiving between the wireless transceiver located interior to the building and the smart device, designate a position of the smart device interior to the building; and indicate in the interactive interface the position of the smart device relative to the one or both of: the architectural aspect and the equipment item in the building.
