The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the flow path guide is configured to: guide the first portion of the air to first perforated holes among the plurality of perforated holes, the first perforated holes being defined at a first side with respect to a reference line that passes through a center of the rotor receiving part and a center of the panel outlet; and guide the second portion of the air to second perforated holes among the plurality of perforated holes, the second perforated holes being defined at a second side with respect to the reference line. 3. The apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising a projected wall that extends from the duct body toward the fixed panel. 4. The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the projected wall divides the plurality of perforated holes such that a number of the first perforated holes is equal to a number of the second perforated holes. 5. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein an end of the projected wall is spaced apart from the fixed panel. 6. The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of perforated holes of the rear cover are arranged along a ring shape, a radius of the ring shape being greater than a half of a radius of the rear cover. 7. The apparatus of claim 3 , further comprising a duct cover that is fixed to the duct body and closes the rotor receiving part, wherein the duct body defines: an inlet flow path configured to introduce external air to the rotor receiving part, and an outlet flow path configured to guide air in the rotor receiving part to an outside of the rotor receiving part, and wherein the rotor comprises a vane configured to move the air in the rotor receiving part to the outlet flow path. 8. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path are recessed from a surface of the duct body facing the duct cover, and wherein the inlet flow path, a rotation center of the rotor, and the outlet flow path are disposed along the reference line. 9. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the rotor comprises: a rotor body having a disk shape, the rotor body defining a rotor perforated hole passing therethrough; a rotor circumferential surface fixed to the rotor body; and a permanent magnet fixed to the rotor circumferential surface. 10. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the rotor perforated hole comprises a slit, wherein a radial length of the slit in a diameter direction of the rotor body is greater than a circumferential length of the slit in a circumferential direction of the rotor body, and wherein the vane extends along the diameter direction of the rotor body. 11. The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the fixed panel extends in a direction away from the rotor to thereby define a drive part installation recess that receives at least one portion of the stator, and wherein the fixed panel further defines a guide flow path configured to guide air in the drive part installation recess to the outlet flow path. 12. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the drive part further comprises: a housing fixed to the fixed panel, the housing having a hollow cylindrical shape; a base located within the housing; a ring gear fixed within the housing; a first shaft having a first end fixed to the rotor and a second end located within the housing; and a second shaft that passes through the fixed panel and is concentric with the first shaft, the second shaft having a first end fixed to the rear cover of the drum and a second end that is located within the housing and fixed to the base. 13. The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the drive part further comprises: a driver gear located within the housing and fixed to the first shaft; and a driven gear comprising: a first body rotatably fixed to the base, a first gear defined at a circumferential surface of the first body and engaged with the driver gear, a second body fixed to the first body, a diameter of the second body being less than a diameter of the first body, and a second gear defined at a circumferential surface of the second body and engaged with the ring gear. 14.
