The invention claimed is: 1. A motor assembly for a winch, comprising: a first drum support; a second drum support; a motor, coupled to the first drum support, wherein the motor has a convex outer surface; a contactor assembly coupled to the first drum support, wherein a concave inner surface of the contactor assembly is disposed adjacent to and in face-sharing contact with the convex outer surface of the motor; a plurality of motor electrical connections; a plurality of contactor electrical connections; and a terminal cover covering the plurality of motor electrical connections, covering the plurality of contactor electrical connections, and coupled to the contactor assembly. 2. The motor assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first drum support and the second drum support are adapted to support a rotatable drum of the winch. 3. The motor assembly of claim 1 , wherein the contactor assembly includes an outer casing and wherein a first end of the outer casing is housed by the first drum support and an opposite, second end of the outer casing is housed by the motor end cap. 4. The motor assembly of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of bus bars are disposed between each of the plurality of motor electrical connections and each of the plurality of contactor electrical connections. 5. The motor assembly of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of bus bars includes two bus bars. 6. The motor assembly of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of motor electrical connections extend from the motor along a first axis and wherein the plurality of contactor electrical connections extend from the motor along a second axis. 7. The motor assembly of claim 6 , wherein the first axis is perpendicular to the second axis. 8. The motor assembly of claim 1 , wherein the contactor assembly further includes a plurality of battery connections.
