What is claimed is: 1. An electrical component comprising a base body having a contact surface on which a contact element is fastened by a solidified molten material, wherein the material is formed by a molten region of the contact element, wherein the base body comprises a cutout leading through an entire thickness of the base body, wherein a first contact element is fastened on a first contact surface by a solidified molten material and wherein a second contact element is fastened on a second contact surface by a solidified molten material, wherein the first contact element and the second contact element are fastened to the same side of the base body, wherein the first contact element is not electrically connected to the second contact element. 2. The electrical component according to claim 1 , wherein the first contact element is arranged along a first axis and the second contact element is arranged along a second axis, wherein the first axis and the second axis are arranged in parallel with a distance from each other. 3. The electrical component according to claim 1 , wherein the first contact element and the second contact element are arranged along a common axis and on a same surface of the base body. 4. The electrical component according to claim 1 , wherein the cutout is adjacent to the contact element. 5. An electrical component comprising a base body having a contact surface on which a contact element is fastened by a solidified molten material, wherein the material is formed by a molten region of the contact element, wherein the contact element extends from a first edge in a direction of a second edge of the base body and does not protrude beyond the second edge, wherein the contact element has a free-standing section protruding beyond the first edge and being not arranged on the base body, wherein the portion of the contact element fastened to the contact surface has a length, and wherein a total volume of the material of the molten region and the portion of the contact element fastened on the contact surface is greater than a volume of the free-standing section of the same length. 6. The electrical component according to claim 5 , wherein the contact surface comprises multiple layers, and at least two of the layers comprise nickel. 7. The electrical component according to claim 5 , wherein the base body comprises a ceramic material as a base material and the contact surface is a metallization. 8. The electrical component according to claim 5 , wherein the contact element is formed as a wire. 9. The electrical component according to claim 5 , wherein the contact surface comprises at least one layer having a higher melting point than the contact element.
