Compounds active on protein kinases are described, as well as methods of making and using such compounds to treat diseases and conditions associated with aberrant activity of protein kinases.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for treating a subject with a B-Raf mediated disease or condition, said method comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound of formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, wherein: each R 11 is independently halogen; Q is H or F; and m is 0, 1, or 2; wherein the B-Raf mediated disease or condition is glioma. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein R 11 is fluoro. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein Q is H. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein Q is fluoro. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein m is 0. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein m is 1. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
