A child stroller apparatus includes a first and a second leg portion, a handle frame, a child seat slidably assembled with the first leg portion, and a linkage. The handle frame has a side segment that is respectively connected pivotally with the first leg portion via a first pivot connection and with the second leg portion via a second pivot connection, the first pivot connection and the second pivot connection respectively defining a first pivot axis and a second pivot axis spaced apart from each other about which the first leg portion and the second leg portion are respectively rotatable relative to the side segment of the handle frame. The linkage is respectively connected with the side segment and the child seat, whereby a sliding movement of the child seat along the first leg portion is linked to a rotation of the handle frame relative to the first leg portion.

What is claimed is: 1. A child stroller apparatus comprising: a first leg portion and a second leg portion; a handle frame having a side segment that is respectively connected pivotally with the first leg portion via a first pivot connection and with the second leg portion via a second pivot connection, the first pivot connection and the second pivot connection respectively defining a first pivot axis and a second pivot axis spaced apart from each other about which the first leg portion and the second leg portion are respectively rotatable relative to the side segment of the handle frame; a child seat slidably assembled with the first leg portion; and a linkage respectively connected with the side segment and the child seat, whereby a sliding movement of the child seat along the first leg portion is linked to a rotation of the handle frame relative to the first leg portion. 2. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the side segment of the handle frame is fixedly connected with a linking arm that is offset from the first pivot axis, the linking arm being pivotally connected with the second leg portion via the second pivot connection. 3. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the linkage has an elongate shape, the first pivot connection being displaced from a first side of the linkage to a second side of the linkage opposite to the first side when the child stroller apparatus is switched from an unfolded state for use to a collapsed state. 4. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the linkage is movable as a unitary part relative to the side segment of the handle frame and the child seat during folding and unfolding of the child stroller apparatus. 5. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein an angular position of the child seat relative to the first leg portion remains unchanged when the child stroller apparatus is switched between an unfolded state for use and a collapsed state. 6. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a rotation of the handle frame relative to the first leg portion for unfolding the child stroller apparatus causes the child seat to slide along the first leg portion toward the first pivot connection, and a rotation of the handle frame relative to the first leg portion for collapsing the child stroller apparatus causes the child seat to slide along the first leg portion away from the first pivot connection. 7. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the child stroller apparatus has a collapsed state and an unfolded state for use, the child seat is in a first position on the first leg portion in the unfolded state and in a second position on the first leg portion in the collapsed state, and the first leg portion is further assembled with an impeding part having a pass and a blocking state, the pass state allowing sliding movement of the child seat past the impeding part as the child stroller apparatus is switched between the collapsed and unfolded state, and the blocking state preventing movement of the child seat from the second position to the first position. 8. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the impeding part retracts toward an interior of the first leg portion in the pass state, and protrudes outward the first leg portion in the blocking state. 9. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the impeding part is connected with a spring, the spring biasing the impeding part to protrude outward the first leg portion. 10. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 1 , further including a base frame provided with a plurality of wheels, the first and second leg portions being further pivotally connected with the base frame. 11. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the first leg portion is positioned between the base frame and the side segment when the child stroller apparatus is in a collapsed state. 12. A child stroller apparatus comprising: a first leg portion and a second leg portion; a handle frame having a side segment that is respectively connected pivotally with the first leg portion via a first pivot connection and with the second leg portion via a second pivot connection, the first pivot connection and the second pivot connection respectively defining a first pivot axis and a second pivot axis spaced apart from each other about which the first leg portion and the second leg portion are respectively rotatable relative to the side segment of the handle frame; a seat mount slidably assembled with the first leg portion, the seat mount being adapted to detachably engage with a child seat; and a linkage respectively connected with the side segment of the handle frame and the seat mount, whereby a sliding movement of the seat mount along the first leg portion is linked to a rotation of the handle frame relative to the first leg portion. 13. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the side segment of the handle frame is fixedly connected with a linking arm that is offset from the first pivot axis, the linking arm being pivotally connected with the second leg portion via the second pivot connection. 14. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the linkage has an elongate shape, the first pivot connection being displaced from a first side of the linkage to a second side of the linkage opposite to the first side when the child stroller apparatus is switched from an unfolded state for use to a collapsed state. 15. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the linkage is movable as a unitary part relative to the side segment of the handle frame and the seat mount during folding and unfolding of the child stroller apparatus. 16. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein an angular position of the seat mount relative to the first leg portion remains unchanged when the child stroller apparatus is switched between an unfolded state for use and a collapsed state. 17. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the seat mount includes a sleeve, and the first leg portion is assembled through the sleeve. 18. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the seat mount is located adjacent to the second pivot connection when the child stroller apparatus is in an unfolded state for use. 19. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the child stroller apparatus has a collapsed state and an unfolded state for use, the seat mount is in a first position on the first leg portion in the unfolded state and in a second position on the first leg portion in the collapsed state, and the first leg portion is further assembled with an impeding part having a pass and a blocking state, the pass state allowing sliding movement of the seat mount past the impeding part as the child stroller apparatus is switched between the collapsed and unfolded state, and the blocking state preventing movement of the seat mount from the second position to the first position. 20. The child stroller apparatus according to claim 12 , further including a base frame provided with a plurality of wheels, the first and second leg portions being further pivotally connected with the base frame.
