A kinetic seat assembly including a primary seat cushion frame including a rear rod extending between opposite rails, a secondary seat back frame movable relative to the primary seat cushion frame, a pair of clamps provided on the rear rod of the primary seat cushion frame, and a pair of vertical dampers coupled between the secondary seat back frame and the pair of clamps on the primary seat cushion frame, each clamp receiving an end of a corresponding vertical damper. In embodiments, the vertical dampers are arranged in a V-shape such that the vertical dampers are oriented at an angle relative to one another such that a distance between a first end of each vertical damper is greater than a distance between a second end of each vertical damper.

What is claimed is: 1. A kinetic seat assembly comprising: a primary seat cushion frame including a rear rod extending between opposite rails; a secondary seat back frame movable relative to the primary seat cushion frame; a pair of clamps provided on the rear rod of the primary seat cushion frame; and a pair of vertical dampers coupled between the secondary seat back frame and the pair of clamps on the primary seat cushion frame, each clamp receiving an end of a corresponding vertical damper, wherein the clamps are permitted to rotate relative to the rear rod, and wherein a lower end of each vertical damper of the pair of vertical dampers is coupled to the primary seat cushion frame by a fastener extending through the lower end of each vertical damper and a respective clamp such that the pair of vertical dampers maintain a fixed degree of compression during rotation of the rear rod of the primary seat cushion frame. 2. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein each clamp comprises: an upper clamp portion defining a concave upper channel; and a lower clamp portion defining a concave lower channel, wherein the lower clamp portion is insertable into the concave upper channel of the upper clamp portion such that the upper clamp portion and the lower clamp portion cooperate to define a bore through which the rear rod extends. 3. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 2 , wherein: the upper clamp portion includes a front wall, a rear wall, and an upper clamp hole extending through the front wall and the rear wall; the lower clamp portion includes an outer surface, an inner surface, and a lower clamp hole extending through the outer surface and the inner surface, the lower clamp hole being coaxial with the upper clamp hole when the lower clamp portion is inserted into the upper channel of the upper clamp portion; and the fastener extending through the upper clamp hole and the lower clamp hole to secure the upper clamp portion to the lower clamp portion. 4. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 3 , wherein the upper clamp portion further comprises a clamp finger extending from the rear wall of the upper clamp portion, the clamp finger configured to engage the primary seat cushion frame. 5. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 4 , wherein the clamp finger engaging the primary seat cushion frame prevents rotation of the clamp relative to the rear rod of the primary seat cushion frame and movement of the clamp along a longitudinal direction of the rear rod of the primary seat cushion frame. 6. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 4 , wherein the clamp finger comprises: a flange extending from the rear wall of the upper clamp portion in a kinetic seat longitudinal direction; and a receiver extending from a distal end of the flange opposite the rear wall of the upper clamp portion, the receiver defining a channel formed in an end thereof for mating with the primary seat cushion frame. 7. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 3 , wherein the upper clamp portion further comprises an upper clamp mount provided on the rear wall of the upper clamp portion, the end of a corresponding vertical damper rotatably coupled to the upper clamp mount by the fastener. 8. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 1 , wherein the pair of vertical dampers permit the secondary seat back frame to move in a kinetic seat vertical direction relative to the primary seat cushion frame. 9. A kinetic seat assembly comprising: a primary seat back frame; a secondary seat back frame movable relative to the primary seat back frame; a primary seat cushion frame; a secondary seat cushion frame movable relative to the primary seat back frame; and a first vertical damper and a second vertical damper coupled to the secondary seat back frame at a first end thereof, and the primary seat cushion frame at an opposite second end thereof, wherein the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper are arranged in a V-shape such that the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper are oriented at an angle relative to one another such that a distance between a first end of each vertical damper is greater than a distance between a second end of each vertical damper. 10. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 9 , wherein the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper permit movement between the secondary seat back frame and the primary seat cushion frame in a kinetic seat vertical direction. 11. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 10 , wherein the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper each comprises: an outer tube; and an inner tube permitted to extend and retract from the outer tube to adjust a length of the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper based on movement of the secondary seat back frame relative to the primary seat cushion frame. 12. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 9 , wherein the primary seat cushion frame includes a rear rod and a pair of clamps provided on the rear rod, the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper each includes a ball joint provided at the first end and the second end thereof for rotatably coupling the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper to the secondary seat back frame and a respective clamp of the pair of clamps of the primary seat cushion frame, a shaft extending from each of the ball joints of the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper to space apart the ball joints from the secondary seat back frame and the respective clamp of the pair of clamps of the primary seat cushion frame. 13. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 11 , wherein the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper each includes a compressible fluid providing a damping effect between the inner tube and the outer tube. 14. The kinetic seat assembly of claim 9 , wherein the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper each includes an inlet for connecting to an air supply, wherein air is supplied to the first vertical damper and the second vertical damper to a predetermined amount to control a degree of damping between the secondary seat back frame and the primary seat cushion frame. 15. A vehicle comprising: a passenger compartment; and a kinetic seat assembly within the passenger compartment, the kinetic seat assembly comprising: a primary seat cushion frame including a rear rod extending between opposite rails; a secondary seat cushion frame pivotally connected to the primary seat cushion frame; a primary seat back frame; a secondary seat back frame pivotally connected to the primary seat back frame; a pair of clamps provided on the rear rod of the primary seat cushion frame; and a pair of vertical dampers coupled between the secondary seat back frame and the pair of clamps on the primary seat cushion frame, each clamp receiving an end of a corresponding vertical damper, wherein the clamps are permitted to rotate relative to the rear rod, and wherein a lower end of each vertical damper of the pair of vertical dampers is coupled to the primary seat cushion frame by a fastener extending through the lower end of each vertical damper and a respective clamp such that the pair of vertical dampers maintain a fixed degree of compression during rotation of the rear rod of the primary seat cushion frame. 16. The vehicle of claim 15 , wherein each clamp comprises: an upper clamp portion defining a concave upper channel; and a lower clamp portion defining a concave lower channel, wherein the lower clamp portion is insertable into the concave upper channel of the upper clamp portion such that the upper clamp portion and the lower
