Provided are a composition for treating or preventing recurrence of keloid comprising tauroursodeoxycholic acid as an active ingredient, and a method for treating keloid or preventing recurrence of keloid using the composition.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for improving keloids or preventing recurrence of keloids comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a composition comprising tauroursodeoxycholic acid as active ingredient, and thereby improving keloids or preventing recurrence of keloids in the subject. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the composition comprising the tauroursodeoxycholic acid is injected into the dermis. 3. The method according to claim 1 , comprising an additional component or method effective for the treatment of keloids or scars. 4. The method according to claim 3 , wherein the additional component or method comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of an anti-inflammatory agent, an anti-fibrotic agent, a laser, and surgery. 5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the composition is in the form of an external preparation for skin or injection.
