What is claimed is: 1. A goggle comprising: a goggle frame; and a lens configured to couple to the goggle frame, the lens having a front surface and a back surface; wherein the lens includes a protrusion disposed on the front surface of the lens and configured to contact a nose section of the goggle frame to space the nose section of the goggle frame from the front surface of the lens. 2. The goggle of claim 1 , further comprising a film canister configured to couple to the goggle frame and to dispense a roll-off film across the lens such that at least a portion of the roll-off film is disposed between the nose section of the goggle frame and the front surface of the lens. 3. The goggle of claim 1 , wherein the protrusion is molded to the front surface of the lens. 4. The goggle of claim 1 , wherein the protrusion is coupled to the front surface of the lens. 5. The goggle of claim 1 , wherein the goggle frame includes a groove configured to receive an edge of the lens when the lens is coupled to the goggle frame. 6. The goggle of claim 5 , wherein the protrusion is disposed at least partially within the groove when the lens is coupled to the goggle frame. 7. A goggle comprising: a goggle frame; and a lens removably received by the goggle frame; wherein the lens includes a protrusion projecting from the lens such that the protrusion is at least partially disposed between a front surface of the lens and a surface of the goggle frame and engages the surface of the goggle frame such that a gap is defined between the front surface of the lens and the surface of the goggle frame. 8. The goggle of claim 7 , further comprising a roll-off film system including a film extending across the lens such that an edge of the film is disposed in the gap. 9. The goggle of claim 8 , wherein the roll-off film system includes a first film canister coupled to the goggle frame and configured to dispense the film. 10. The goggle of claim 9 , wherein the roll-off film system further comprises a second film canister coupled to the goggle frame and configured to receive the film dispensed by the first film canister, such that the film is conveyed across the lens from the first film canister to the second film canister and the edge of the film is conveyed in the gap. 11. The goggle of claim 7 , wherein the surface of the goggle frame is disposed at a nose portion of the goggle frame. 12. The goggle of claim 7 , wherein the lens includes at least a second protrusion projecting from the lens such that the second protrusion is at least partially disposed between the front surface of the lens and the surface of the goggle frame and engages the surface of the goggle frame. 13. The goggle of claim 7 , wherein the goggle frame has a groove and the lens is removably received in the groove, and wherein the surface of the goggle frame is a wall of the groove. 14. The goggle of claim 7 , wherein the protrusion is molded onto the front surface of the lens. 15. A goggle system comprising: a lens configured to be received in a groove of a goggle frame; and a roll-off film canister configured to couple to the goggle frame and to dispense a film across the lens when the lens is received in the groove; wherein the lens includes a protrusion disposed on a front surface of the lens at a bridge portion of the lens, such that when the lens is received in the groove of the goggle frame, the protrusion is disposed in the groove and spaces the front surface of the lens from a rear-facing wall of the groove to allow at least an edge of the film to be disposed between the front surface of the lens and the rear-facing wall. 16. The goggle system of claim 15 , further comprising the goggle frame. 17. The goggle system of claim 15 , wherein the protrusion comprises a bump extending from the front surface of the lens. 18. The goggle system of claim 17 , wherein the bump is a molded portion of the front surface of the lens. 19. The goggle system of claim 17 , wherein the bump is coupled to the front surface of the lens. 20. The goggle system of claim 15 , wherein the protrusion is a first protrusion of a pair of protrusions disposed on the front surface of the lens at the bridge portion of the lens such that when the lens is received in the groove of the goggle frame, the pair of protrusions are disposed in the groove and space the front surface of the lens from the rear-facing wall of the groove.
