A method of receiving a downlink (DL) signal by a user equipment (UE) operating on a frequency band above 6 GHz in a wireless communication system is discussed. The method includes receiving system information including first information related to one or more synchronization signal (SS) and PBCH (SS/PBCH) block groups and second information related to one or more SS/PBCH blocks within each of the one or more of SS/PBCH block groups; and receiving the DL signal in resources other than resources used for the one or more SS/PBCH blocks within each of the one or more of SS/PBCH block groups indicated by the first and second information.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for transmitting a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB) by a base station (BS) supporting a frequency band above 6 GHz in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting, for a cell in the frequency band above 6 GHz, system information including (i) first information related to one or more SSB groups and (ii) second information related to one or more SSBs within each of the one or more of SSB groups; and transmitting the SSB based on the first and second information, wherein the first information informs of the one or more SSB groups, in each of which the one or more SSBs are transmitted, wherein the second information informs of the one or more transmitted SSBs within each of the one or more SSB groups, wherein the second information is commonly applied for the one or more SSB groups informed by the first information, and wherein the first information is in a form of a bitmap and a length of the bitmap is 8 bits. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein each of the one or more transmitted SSB includes a primary synchronization signal (PSS), a secondary synchronization signal (SSS), and a PBCH signal. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein a value 1 in the bitmap indicates that SSBs in corresponding SSB group are transmitted. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second information is in a form of a bitmap. 5. The method of claim 4 , wherein a value 0 in the second information indicates that a corresponding SSB is not transmitted while the value 1 in the second information indicates that the corresponding SSB is transmitted. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the system information is transmitted in a system information block (SIB). 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the method further comprising: transmitting third information regarding a SSB position at which the SSB is transmitted among all of SSB positions. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein a number of the all of SSB positions informed by the third information is equal to a value obtained by multiplying a number of bits of the first information and a number of bits of the second information. 9. A base station (BS) for transmitting a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB) on a frequency band above 6 GHz in a wireless communication system, the BS comprising: at least one transceiver; at least one processor; and at least one computer memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising: transmitting, for a cell in the frequency band above 6 GHZ, system information including (i) first information related to one or more SSB groups and (ii) second information related to one or more SSBs within each of the one or more of SSB groups; and transmitting the SSB based on the first and second information, wherein the first information informs of the one or more SSB groups, in each of which the one or more SSBs are transmitted, wherein the second information informs of the one or more transmitted SSBs within each of the one or more SSB groups, wherein the second information is commonly applied for the one or more SSB groups informed by the first information, and wherein the first information is in a form of a bitmap and a length of the bitmap is 8 bits. 10. The BS of claim 9 , wherein each of the one or more transmitted SSB includes a primary synchronization signal (PSS), a secondary synchronization signal (SSS), and a PBCH signal. 11. The BS of claim 9 , wherein a value 1 in the bitmap indicates that SSBs in corresponding SSB group are transmitted. 12. The BS of claim 9 , wherein the second information is in a form of a bitmap. 13. The BS of claim 12 , wherein a value 0 in the second information indicates that a corresponding SSB is not transmitted while the value 1 in the second information indicates that the corresponding SSB is transmitted. 14. The BS of claim 9 , wherein the system information is transmitted in a system information block (SIB). 15. The BS of claim 9 , wherein the operations further comprising: transmitting third information regarding a SSB position at which the SSB is transmitted among all of SSB positions. 16. The BS of claim 15 , wherein a number of the all of SSB positions informed by the third information is equal to a value obtained by multiplying a number of bits of the first information and a number of bits of the second information. 17. A user equipment (UE) for receiving a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB) on a frequency band above 6 GHz in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising: at least one transceiver; at least one processor; and at least one computer memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising: receiving, for a cell in the frequency band above 6 GHz, system information including (i) first information related to one or more SSB groups and (ii) second information related to one or more SSBs within each of the one or more of SSB groups; and receiving the SSB based on the first and second information, wherein the first information informs the UE of the one or more SSB groups, in each of which the one or more SSBs are transmitted, wherein the second information informs the UE of the one or more transmitted SSBs within each of the one or more SSB groups, wherein the second information is commonly applied for the one or more SSB groups informed by the first information, and wherein the first information is in a form of a bitmap and a length of the bitmap is 8 bits. 18. The UE of claim 17 , wherein a value 1 in the bitmap indicates that SSBs in corresponding SSB group are transmitted. 19. The UE of claim 17 , wherein the second information is in a form of a bitmap, and wherein a value 0 in the second information indicates that a corresponding SSB is not transmitted while the value 1 in the second information indicates that the corresponding SSB is transmitted. 20. The UE of claim 17 , wherein the operations further comprising: receiving third information regarding a SSB position at which the SSB is transmitted among all of SSB positions, and wherein a number of the all of SSB positions informed by the third information is equal to a value obtained by multiplying a number of bits of the first information and a number of bits of the second information.
