The invention claimed is: 1. A method for discriminating a polyvinyl alcohol resin film, the method comprising: producing a polyvinyl alcohol resin film containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb); cutting the polyvinyl alcohol resin film; removing components other than the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) from the polyvinyl alcohol resin film to obtain a purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab); cutting a sample polyvinyl alcohol resin film comprising a sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; removing components other than the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin from the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin film to obtain a purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; measuring an abundance ratio 14 C/C of carbon 14 ( 14 C) in total carbon in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) and in the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; and determining whether the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb) or a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ap) derived only from fossil fuel-derived ethylene (Bp) based on the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C. 2. The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: measuring a carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C of carbon 13 ( 13 C) in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab); and determining whether the bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) is derived from C3 plant or C4 plant based on the measured carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C. 3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein when the measured carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C is −20%% or more, the bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) is determined as being derived from C4 plant, and when the measured carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C is less than −20%%, the bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) is determined as being derived from C3 plant. 4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein when the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C in the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is identical to the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb), the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is determined as a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb). 5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein when the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C in the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is substantially 0%, the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is determined as the polyvinyl alcohol resin containing only a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ap) derived only from fossil fuel-derived ethylene (Bp). 6. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the producing of the polyvinyl alcohol resin film comprises: synthesizing a vinyl ester monomer by reacting a compound having a carboxy group with the bio-derived ethylene (Bb), or synthesizing a vinyl ester monomer by reacting a compound having a carboxy group containing 14 C with ethylene; polymerizing the obtained vinyl ester monomer to obtain a polyvinyl ester; saponifying the obtained polyvinyl ester to obtain the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab); and producing the polyvinyl alcohol resin film using the obtained polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab). 7. A method for discriminating a polyvinyl alcohol resin film, the method comprising: producing a polyvinyl alcohol resin film containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb); cutting the polyvinyl alcohol resin film; removing components other than the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) from the polyvinyl alcohol resin film to obtain a purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab); cutting a sample polyvinyl alcohol resin film comprising a sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; removing components other than the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin from the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin film to obtain a purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; measuring an abundance ratio 14 C/C of carbon 14 ( 14 C) in total carbon in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) and in the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; and determining whether the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is a first polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of the carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene or a second polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb), an amount of carbon derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the first polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) being different from an amount of carbon derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the second polyvinyl alcohol resin, based on the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C. 8. The method according to claim 7 , further comprising: measuring a carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C of carbon 13 ( 13 C) in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin and/or the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; and determining whether the bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) and/or the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is derived from C3 plant or C4 plant based on the measured carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C. 9. The method according to claim 8 , wherein when the measured carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C is −20%% or more, the bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) and/or the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is determined as being derived from C4 plant, and when the measured carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C is less than −20%%, the bio-derived ethylene (Bb) in the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) and/or the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is determined as being derived from C3 plant. 10. The method according to claim 7 , wherein when the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C in the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is identical to the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb), the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is determined as the first polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb), and when the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C in the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is different from the measured abundance ratio 14 C/C in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb), the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin film is determined as the second polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb). 11. A method for discriminating a polyvinyl alcohol resin film, the method comprising: producing a polyvinyl alcohol resin film containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb); cutting the polyvinyl alcohol resin film; removing components other than the polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) from the polyvinyl alcohol resin film to obtain a purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab); cutting a sample polyvinyl alcohol resin film comprising a sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; removing components other than the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin from the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin film to obtain a purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; measuring a carbon stable isotope ratio δ 13 C of carbon 13 ( 13 C) in the purified polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) and in the purified sample polyvinyl alcohol resin; and determining whether the sample polyvinyl alcohol resin is a polyvinyl alcohol resin (Ab) in which all or a part of carbon is derived from bio-derived ethylene (Bb) or a polyvinyl alcohol
