What is claimed is: 1. A portable device, comprising: a display; a processor; and memory configured to store instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the portable device to: display a split view on the display, detect a first input for calling an input panel, the first input being detected via an application located at a top region of the split view, display the input panel at a bottom region of the display when the input panel is called by the application located at the top region of the display, the input panel being overlaid with a display region of an application located at the bottom region of the display, detect a second input for calling an input panel, the second input being detected via the application located at the bottom region of the split view, and display the input panel at the bottom region of the display when the input panel is called by the application located at the bottom region of the display, wherein a display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display are lifted up by the input panel. 2. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the memory is configured to store instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the portable device to: lift up the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display by a size of the input panel. 3. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the memory is configured to store instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the portable device to: display the input panel so that a display region of an application calling the input panel is not covered with the input panel. 4. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the memory is configured to store instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the portable device to: display some of the display region of the application located at the top region of the display as the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display is lifted up by the input panel. 5. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the memory is configured to store instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the portable device to: exchange the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display. 6. A method in a portable device, the method comprising: displaying a split view on the display, detecting a first input for calling an input panel, the first input being detected via an application located at a top region of the split view, displaying the input panel at a bottom region of the display when the input panel is called by the application located at the top region of the display, the input panel being overlaid with a display region of an application located at the bottom region of the display, detecting a second input for calling the input panel, the second input being detected via the application located at the bottom region of the split view, and displaying the input panel at the bottom region of the display when the input panel is called by the application located at the bottom region of the display, wherein a display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display are lifted up by the input panel. 7. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: lifting up the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display by a size of the input panel. 8. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: displaying the input panel so that a display region of an application calling the input panel is not covered with the input panel. 9. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: displaying some of the display region of the application located at the top region of the display as the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display is lifted up by the input panel. 10. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: exchanging the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display. 11. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by a processor of a portable device, the portable device to perform operations comprising: displaying a split view on the display, detecting a first input for calling an input panel, the first input being detected via an application located at a top region of the split view, displaying the input panel at a bottom region of the display when the input panel is called by the application located at the top region of the display, the input panel being overlaid with a display region of an application located at the bottom region of the display, detecting a second input for calling the input panel, the input being detected via the application located at the bottom region of the split view, displaying the input panel at the bottom region of the display when the input panel is called by the application located at the bottom region of the display, wherein a display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display are lifted up by the input panel. 12. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11 , the operations further comprising: lifting up the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display by a size of the input panel. 13. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11 , the operations further comprising: displaying the input panel so that a display region of an application calling the input panel is not covered with the input panel. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11 , the operations further comprising: displaying some of the display region of the application located at the top region of the display as the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display is lifted up by the input panel. 15. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11 , the operations further comprising: exchanging the display region of the application located at the top region of the display and the display region of the application located at the bottom region of the display.
