A novel organic compound is provided. The organic compound is represented by General Formulae (G1), (u1), and (g1), where Ar represents a substituted or unsubstituted condensed aromatic ring, one of R1 and R2 represents a group represented by General Formula (u1), and any one of R30 to R40 represents a bond. In addition, A is a group represented by General Formula (g1), and B represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group. Moreover, n is an integer of 0 to 2, and Q1 and Q2 independently represent an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom.

What is claimed is: 1. A light-emitting device comprising: an anode; a cathode; and an EL layer between the anode and the cathode, wherein the EL layer comprises a light-emitting layer, wherein the light-emitting layer comprises a light-emitting substance and a host material, wherein the host material comprises a first substance having an electron transport property and a second substance having a hole transport property, wherein a combination of the first substance and the second substance is capable of forming an exciplex, wherein the first substance is an organic compound represented by Formula (G1): wherein Q 1 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, wherein Ar represents a substituted or unsubstituted condensed aromatic ring, wherein one of R 1 and R 2 represents a group represented by Formula (u1), and the other of R 1 and R 2 represents any one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, A-(B) n -* (u1) wherein A represents a group represented by Formula (g1), wherein B represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene group, wherein n is an integer of 0 to 2, wherein * in Formula (u1) represents a bond, wherein Q 2 represents a sulfur atom or an oxygen atom, and wherein any one of R 30 to R 40 represents a bond, and each of the rest of R 30 to R 40 independently represents any one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms. 2. An electronic device comprising: the light-emitting device according to claim 1 ; and at least one of a sensor, an operation button, a speaker and a microphone. 3. A light-emitting apparatus comprising: the light-emitting device according to claim 1 ; and at least one of a transistor and a substrate. 4. A lighting device comprising: the light-emitting device according to claim 1 ; and a housing. 5. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the bond is R 40 . 6. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the group represented by Formula (g1) is a group represented by Formula (g1-1), wherein Q 2 represents a sulfur atom or an oxygen atom, wherein each of R 30 to R 39 independently represents any one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, and wherein * in Formula (g1-1) represents a bond. 7. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein B is represented by any one of Formulae (B-1) to (B-3), wherein each of R B1 to R B4 independently represent any one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, and wherein * in Formulae (B-1) to (B-3) represents a bond. 8. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein Ar is represented by any one of Formulae (t1) to (t3), wherein each of R 3 to R 24 independently represents any one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, and wherein the one of Formulae (t1) to (t3) is condensed with a five-membered ring of Formula (G1) at any of positions α, β and γ. 9. The light-emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein R 2 is hydrogen.
