That which is claimed is: 1. A self-cleanable food processor, comprising: a base that includes a rotary power driver having a rotatable shaft; a bowl mounted on the base; a food processing blade attached to the shaft within the bowl; and a cleaning accessory mountable on the bowl for sliding contact relative thereto and above the food processor blade, the cleaning accessory including a generally horizontal panel and projections mounted on and protruding from a lower surface of the panel, each of the projections extending in its greatest dimension in the radial direction. 2. The food processor defined in claim 1 , wherein the cleaning accessory includes holes between the projections. 3. The food processor defined in claim 1 , wherein the projections comprise fins. 4. The food processor defined in claim 1 , wherein the projections comprise rays. 5. The food processor defined in claim 4 , wherein the rays are arced to form a multi-arm spiral pattern. 6. The food processor defined in claim 5 , wherein the spiral pattern follows a first rotative direction, the food processing blade and rotary power driver are configured to drive the food processing blade in a second rotative direction, and wherein the first rotative direction is opposite of the second rotative direction. 7. The food processor defined in claim 1 , wherein the cleaning accessory further comprises projections mounted on and protruding from an upper surface thereof. 8. The food processor defined in claim 7 , wherein the projections extend downwardly from the lower surface to a distance of between about 1 mm and 25 mm of the food processing blade. 9. The food processor defined in claim 1 , wherein the food processing blade comprises an S-blade. 10. The food processor defined in claim 1 , further comprising a food processing accessory mounted to the shaft above the cleaning accessory. 11. The food processor defined in claim 1 , wherein the cleaning accessory is configured to rotate independently of the shaft. 12. A self-cleanable food processor, comprising: a base that includes a rotary power driver having a rotatable shaft; a bowl mounted on the base; a food processing blade attached to the shaft within the bowl; and a cleaning accessory configured to clean the food processing blade and mountable on the bowl for sliding contact relative thereto and above the food processing blade, the cleaning accessory including a generally horizontal panel with a plurality of openings. 13. The cleaning accessory defined in claim 12 , wherein the cleaning accessory further comprises protrusions extending downwardly from the panel. 14. The food processor defined in claim 12 , wherein the cleaning accessory is configured to rotate independently of the shaft. 15. The food processor defined in claim 12 , wherein the food processing blade comprises an S-blade.
