The invention claimed is: 1. An adjustable child carrier, the adjustable child carrier comprising: a body configured to support a child, wherein the body is adapted to form a child carrying area in cooperation with a torso of a wearer, wherein the body forms a bucket seat configured to support legs of the child; a first adjustable shoulder strap coupled to the body and configured to extend over a first shoulder of the wearer; a second adjustable shoulder strap coupled to the body and configured to extend over a second shoulder of the wearer; a waist belt adapted for securing about a wearer's hips; and at least one base adjuster coupled to the body, wherein the at least one base adjuster is configured to selectively attach to the waist belt at a first position located on the waist belt and a second position located on the waist belt to thereby adjust a length of the body to accommodate various sizes of the child as the child ages, wherein the length of the body is defined from a bottom of the bucket seat to a top of the body. 2. The adjustable child carrier of claim 1 , wherein the bucket seat is configured to lift knees of the child to a spread squat position such that a back of the child rounds to create a C shape. 3. The adjustable child carrier of claim 2 , wherein selectively attaching the at least one base adjuster at the first position adjusts the length of the body to a first length, wherein selectively attaching the at least one base adjuster at the second position adjusts the length of the body to a second length greater than the first length, and wherein the first position is at least partially vertically displaced from the second position. 4. The adjustable child carrier of claim 3 , wherein adjusting the length of the body to the first length configures the adjustable child carrier in a first configuration, wherein, in the first configuration, the adjustable child carrier is capable of carrying the child in the spread squat position when a height of the child is within a range of 20-24 inches. 5. The adjustable child carrier of claim 4 , wherein adjusting the length of the body to the second length configures the adjustable child carrier in a second configuration, wherein, in the second configuration, the adjustable child carrier is capable of carrying the child in the spread squat position when the height of the child is within a range of 24-28 inches. 6. The adjustable child carrier of claim 1 , wherein the first position is located at a first location on the waist belt and the second position is located at a second location on the waist belt at which the wearer selectively attaches the at least one base adjuster, wherein the second location is discrete from the first location. 7. The adjustable child carrier of claim 1 , wherein the first position and the second position are located on an inner side of the waist belt such that when the at least one base adjuster is attached to the first position or the second position, the at least one base adjuster is located between the waist belt and the wearer. 8. An adjustable child carrier for supporting a child by a user, the adjustable child carrier comprising: a body configured to support the child between the body and a torso of the user, wherein the body forms a bucket seat configured to support legs of the child; a first adjustable shoulder strap coupled to the body and configured to extend over a first shoulder of the user; a second adjustable shoulder strap coupled to the body and configured to extend over a second shoulder of the user, wherein the first adjustable shoulder strap and the second adjustable shoulder strap are configured to form an X configuration on a back of the user when the first adjustable shoulder strap extends over the first shoulder and the second adjustable shoulder strap extends over the second shoulder of the user; a waist belt adapted for securing about hips of the user, wherein the waist belt comprises a fastening mechanism; and at least one base adjuster coupled to the body, wherein adjustment of the at least one base adjuster between a first position located on the fastening mechanism and a second position located on the fastening mechanism adjusts a length of the body, the length defined from a bottom of the bucket seat to a top of the body. 9. The adjustable child carrier of claim 8 , wherein, in the X configuration, at least a portion of the first adjustable shoulder strap crosses over at least a portion of the second adjustable shoulder strap. 10. The adjustable child carrier of claim 8 , wherein the at least one base adjuster is positioned on an outer side of the body such that the at least one base adjuster faces away from the user. 11. The adjustable child carrier of claim 8 , further comprising: one or more thigh supports coupled to the body, wherein the first adjustable shoulder strap and the second adjustable shoulder strap couples to the body at a first location above the one or more thigh supports. 12. The adjustable child carrier of claim 11 , wherein the body comprises an upper torso support portion, wherein the first adjustable shoulder strap and the second adjustable shoulder strap couples to the body at a second location, the second location being defined by the upper torso support portion. 13. The adjustable child carrier of claim 8 , wherein adjustment of the at least one base adjuster from the first position to the second position adjusts the length of the body from a first length to a second length, the second length being greater than the first length, wherein the first position is at least partially vertically displaced from the second position. 14. The adjustable child carrier of claim 13 , wherein adjusting the length of the body to the first length configures the adjustable child carrier in a first configuration, wherein, in the first configuration, the adjustable child carrier is capable of carrying the child in a spread squat position when a height of the child is within a range of 20-24 inches. 15. The adjustable child carrier of claim 14 , wherein adjusting the length of the body to the second length configures the adjustable child carrier in a second configuration, wherein, in the second configuration, the adjustable child carrier is capable of carrying the child in a spread squat position when the height of the child is within a range of 24-28 inches. 16. The adjustable child carrier of claim 13 , wherein the first position is located at a first discrete location on the fastening mechanism at which the user adjusts the at least one base adjuster to the first position, wherein the second position is located at a second discrete location on the fastening mechanism at which the user adjusts the at least one base adjuster to the second position. 17. The adjustable child carrier of claim 8 , wherein the fastening mechanism is located on an inner side of the waist belt such that when the at least one base adjuster is attached to the first position or the second position, the at least one base adjuster is located between the waist belt and the user. 18. An adjustable child carrier, the adjustable child carrier comprising: a body defining a top edge and configured to support a child, wherein the body is adapted to form a child carrying area in cooperation with a torso of a wearer, wherein the body forms a bucket seat configured to support legs of the child; a neck support configured to support a neck of the child, wherein the neck support couples to the bod
