In general, the invention relate to providing computer implemented services using information handling systems. One or more embodiments includes after being allocated to a composed information handling system of the composed information handling systems: monitoring health of a hardware resource of the composed information handling system, making a determination, based on the monitoring of the health of the hardware resource, that the hardware resource is in a compromised state, and based on the determination, initiating a hardware replacement operation using replacement option information (ROI) for the hardware resource and replacement conditions for the hardware resource.

What is claimed is: 1. A system for providing computer implemented services using composed information handling systems, comprising: a system control processor (SCP); persistent storage of a client; and a system control processor manager (SCPM), wherein the SCPM provides an instruction to the SCP, wherein, upon receiving the instruction, the SCP monitors at least health of a hardware resource of a composed information handling system, wherein the client and the SCPM are operably connected to each other over a combination of wired and wireless network topologies, wherein the client is a first computing device (CD) that comprises at least a first integrated circuity (IC) that requests first services from a composed information handling system, wherein the SCPM is a second CD that comprises at least a second IC that provides second services to the client, wherein the SCPM is programmed to: after being allocated to composed information handling system of the composed information handling systems: monitor, via the SCP, the health of the hardware resource of the composed information handling system; make a determination, based on the monitoring of the health of the hardware resource, that the hardware resource is in a compromised state; and based on the determination, initiate a hardware replacement operation using replacement option information (ROI) for the hardware resource and replacement conditions for the hardware resource, wherein the replacement conditions specify a replacement condition for the hardware resource, wherein the replacement condition is one selected from the group of never, likely failure of the hardware resource, and failure of the hardware resource, wherein the ROI specifies whether the hardware resource is hot replaceable or reboot replaceable, and wherein the hardware replacement operation comprises: identifying a replacement resource at least as capable as the hardware resource; removing the hardware resource from the composed information handling system in order to recompose a portion of the composed information handling system; and allocating the replacement resource to the composed information handling system. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the replacement conditions specify a replacement timeframe for the hardware resource. 3. The system of claim 2 , wherein the replacement timeframe is immediately or during reboot. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the replacement conditions specify a replacement timeframe for the hardware resource; and wherein the replacement timeframe is immediately or during reboot. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the hardware resource is a storage device. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the hardware resource is a graphics processing unit. 7. A method for providing computer implemented services using composed information handling systems, comprising: after being allocated to a composed information handling system of the composed information handling systems: monitoring, by a system control processor (SCP), health of a hardware resource of the composed information handling system, wherein the composed information handling system is composed by a system control processor manager (SCPM), wherein the SCPM provides an instruction to the SCP, wherein, upon receiving the instruction, the SCP monitors at least the health of the hardware resource of the composed information handling system, wherein the SCPM and a client are operably connected to each other over a combination of wired and wireless network topologies, wherein the client is a first computing device (CD) that comprises at least a first integrated circuity (IC) that requests first services from the composed information handling system, wherein the SCPM is a second CD that comprises at least a second IC that provides second services to the client; making a determination, based on the monitoring of the health of the hardware resource, that the hardware resource is in a compromised state; and based on the determination, initiating a hardware replacement operation using replacement option information (ROI) for the hardware resource and replacement conditions for the hardware resource, wherein the replacement conditions specify a replacement condition for the hardware resource, wherein the replacement condition is one selected from the group of never, likely failure of the hardware resource, and failure of the hardware resource, wherein the ROI specifies whether the hardware resource is hot replaceable or reboot replaceable, and wherein the hardware replacement operation comprises: identifying a replacement resource at least as capable as the hardware resource; removing the hardware resource from the composed information handling system in order to recompose a portion of the composed information handling system; and allocating the replacement resource to the composed information handling system. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the replacement conditions specify a replacement timeframe for the hardware resource. 9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the replacement timeframe is immediately or during reboot. 10. The method of claim 7 , wherein the replacement conditions specify a replacement timeframe for the hardware resource; and wherein the replacement timeframe is immediately or during reboot. 11. The method of claim 7 , wherein the hardware resource is a storage device or a graphics processing unit. 12. A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising computer readable program code, which when executed by a computer processor enables the computer processor to perform a method for providing computer implemented services using composed information handling systems, the method comprising: after being allocated to a composed information handling system of the composed information handling systems: monitoring, by a system control processor (SCP), health of a hardware resource of the composed information handling system, wherein the composed information handling system is composed by a system control processor manager (SCPM), wherein the SCPM provides an instruction to the SCP, wherein, upon receiving the instruction, the SCP monitors at least the health of the hardware resource of the composed information handling system, wherein the SCPM and a client are operably connected to each other over a combination of wired and wireless network topologies, wherein the client is a first computing device (CD) that comprises at least a first integrated circuitry (IC) that requests first services from the composed information handling system, wherein the SCPM is a second CD that comprises at least a second IC that provides second services to the client; making a determination, based on the monitoring of the health of the hardware resource, that the hardware resource is in a compromised state; and based on the determination, initiating a hardware replacement operation using replacement option information (ROI) for the hardware resource and replacement conditions for the hardware resource, wherein the replacement conditions specify a replacement condition for the hardware resource, wherein the replacement condition is one selected from the group of never, likely failure of the hardware resource, and failure of the hardware resource, wherein the ROI specifies whether the hardware resource is hot replaceable or reboot replaceable, and wherein the hardware replacement operation comprises: identifying a replacement resource at least as capable as the hardware resource; removing the hardware resource from the composed information handling system in order to recompose a portion of the composed information handling system; and allocating the replacement resource to the composed information handling system.
