The invention claimed is: 1. A method for collecting waste of a testing apparatus for testing a biological sample, comprising: providing the testing apparatus with a disposal container having a first opening at an upper portion and a second opening on a side wall; collecting, by the disposal container, a used test piece that is dropped from the testing apparatus through the first opening; and collecting, by the disposal container, liquid waste from the testing apparatus through a discharge pipe inserted in the second opening. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the providing comprises inserting the discharge pipe in the second opening. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the providing comprises arranging the disposal container at a position where the used test piece drops into the disposal container through the first opening. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the testing apparatus comprises a conveyor belt to convey the used test piece toward an end of the conveyor belt, and the position is a lower position of the end of the conveyor belt. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising removing the disposal container accommodating the used test piece and the liquid waste inside from the testing apparatus. 6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the disposal container comprises a cover portion attached to a main body of the disposal container, and the method further comprising closing the first and second openings by the cover potion. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the second opening is provided on one side wall and the cover is attached to another side wall that is opposite to the one side wall, and the cover portion is bent over the first opening and the second opening from the one side wall to the another side wall. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the disposal container comprises a transparent or semi-transparent window portion provided on the side wall. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the disposal container is made of a paper. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein an outer periphery of the disposal container is covered by a resin sheet that is transparent and water proof. 11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the resin sheet is made of polypropylene. 12. The method of claim 1 , wherein the testing apparatus comprises an installation part to install the disposal container. 13. The method of claim 11 , wherein the disposal container comprises a transparent or semi-transparent window portion provided on the side wall, and the installation part comprises an opening provided on an outer surface of the testing apparatus, the opening allowing to observe inside the disposal container through the window portion and the opening. 14. The method of claim 1 , further comprising testing a sample with a test piece to produce the used test piece. 15. The method of claim 1 , wherein the used test piece is used for a urine qualitative test.
