A system for positioning post sleeves is provided including a plurality of post sleeve positioning devices and a spacing mechanism. Each post sleeve positioning device is configured to receive a respective post sleeve and to enable selective adjustment of a position and orientation of the respective post sleeve. The spacing mechanism is coupleable between the pair of post sleeve positioning devices to determine or control the position and orientation of the post sleeve received by one of the pair of post sleeves positioning devices relative to the post sleeve received by the other one of the pair of post sleeve positioning devices. Related systems and methods are also provided.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method of designing one or more prefabricated fence panels, comprising: receiving data regarding locations at which fence posts, to which the one or more prefabricated fence panels will be coupled, are installed or are to be installed in a ground surface, wherein the data includes orientations at which the fence posts are installed or are to be installed and horizontal and vertical distances between adjacent locations at which the fence posts are installed or are to be installed; designing the one or more prefabricated fence panels to be coupled to the fence posts based at least in part on the data regarding the locations at which the fence posts are installed or are to be installed; and further comprising manufacturing at least a portion of the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising presenting a representation of the one or more prefabricated fence panels to a user. 3. A method, comprising: receiving a first set of data regarding fence post locations; receiving a second set of data regarding desired characteristics for one or more fence panels to be installed between posts at the fence post locations; presenting a representation of the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics between the posts; receiving an indication of an order for the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics; and further comprising manufacturing at least a portion of the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics. 4. The method of claim 3 wherein presenting a representation of the one or more fence panels includes presenting representations of various options for designs of the one or more fence panels and receiving an indication of a selection of one of the options. 5. The method of claim 3 wherein the fence post locations are locations of fence post sleeves installed in a ground surface. 6. The method of claim 5 wherein presenting a representation of the one or more fence panels includes presenting representations of the fence post sleeves. 7. The method of claim 3 wherein the representation is displayed to a user within a website and the order is placed by the user through the website. 8. The method of claim 3 wherein the representation is displayed to a user on a computer at a physical retail location and the order is placed by the user at the physical retail location. 9. The method of claim 3 wherein receiving the first set of data includes receiving an address associated with the fence post locations and retrieving at least some of the first set of data from a repository of fence post sleeve information using the address. 10. The method of claim 9 , further comprising updating the repository of fence post sleeve information with second set of data. 11. The method of claim 3 wherein the desired characteristics include at least one of the following: a desired material for the one or more fence panels; a desired color for the one or more fence panels; or a desired style for the one or more fence panels. 12. The method of claim 3 , further comprising presenting an estimated delivery time for the one or more fence panels depicted in the representation of the one or more fence panels. 13. The method of claim 3 , further comprising presenting an estimated cost for the one or more fence panels depicted in the representation of the one or more fence panels. 14. A method, comprising: providing data regarding locations at which fence posts, to which the one or more prefabricated fence panels will be coupled, are installed or are to be installed in a ground surface, wherein the data includes orientations at which the fence posts are installed or are to be installed and horizontal and vertical distances between adjacent locations at which the fence posts are installed or are to be installed; providing an indication of one or more desired characteristics for one or more fence panels to be installed between posts at the fence post locations; receiving a visual representation of the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics between the posts; providing an indication of an order for the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics; and receiving the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics. 15. The method of claim 14 , further comprising securing the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics to posts. 16. The method of claim 15 , further comprising, after securing the one or more fence panels to the posts, repairing the fence by: receiving a second visual representation of the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics between the posts; providing an indication of an order for a portion of the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics; and installing the portion of the one or more fence panels having the desired characteristics. 17. A method of installing a fence, comprising: installing a plurality of fence post sleeves in a ground surface; collecting data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves; designing a plurality of custom prefabricated fence panels based at least in part on the data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves; receiving the plurality of custom prefabricated fence panels; installing fence posts in the fence post sleeves; and securing the custom prefabricated fence panels to the fence posts. 18. The method of claim 17 wherein the collecting data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves occurs after the installing the plurality of fence post sleeves in the ground surface. 19. The method of claim 17 wherein the collecting data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves occurs during the installing the plurality of fence post sleeves in the ground surface. 20. The method of claim 17 wherein at least some of the plurality of custom prefabricated fence panels are fabricated concurrently with the installing the plurality of fence post sleeves in the ground surface. 21. The method of claim 17 wherein the data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves includes a horizontal distance between adjacent fence post sleeves. 22. The method of claim 17 wherein the data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves includes a vertical distance between adjacent fence post sleeves. 23. The method of claim 17 wherein the data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves includes orientations of the fence post sleeves. 24. The method of claim 17 wherein the data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves includes a grade of concrete used to install the fence post sleeves. 25. The method of claim 17 wherein the data regarding the locations of the fence post sleeves includes a date on which the fence post sleeves were installed. 26. The method of claim 17 wherein the collected data is transmitted directly to a manufacturer of the prefabricated fence panels. 27. The method of claim 17 wherein the collected data is transmitted directly to a repository of fence post sleeve information and a manufacturer of the custom prefabricated fence panels retrieves the collected data from the repository. 28. The method of claim 17 wherein receiving the plurality of custom prefabricated fence panels includes receiving the plurality of custom prefabricated fe
