What is claimed is: 1. An assembly for an aircraft structure, comprising: an acoustic panel comprising an exterior surface; and a thermal anti-icing system comprising a susceptor and a microwave system, the susceptor configured with the acoustic panel, and the microwave system configured to direct microwaves to the susceptor for melting and/or preventing ice accumulation on the exterior surface; wherein the acoustic panel includes a perforated skin that forms the exterior surface; wherein the perforated skin includes a first layer, a second layer and a third layer; and wherein the third layer is disposed between and bonded by a microwave transparent adhesive to the first layer and the second layer, and the third layer comprises the susceptor. 2. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the acoustic panel includes a second skin and a core; and the core is connected to the perforated skin and the second skin, the core forms a plurality of cavities between the perforated skin and the second skin, and each of the plurality of cavities is fluidly coupled with one or more respective perforations through the perforated skin. 3. The assembly of claim 2 , wherein the microwave system comprises a waveguide; and the core is arranged between the susceptor and the waveguide. 4. The assembly of claim 2 , wherein the microwave system comprises a waveguide; and the waveguide is configured with the second skin. 5. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first layer or the second layer comprises fiberglass. 6. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the susceptor comprises a layer of metal. 7. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the microwave system comprises a waveguide configured to direct the microwaves to the susceptor. 8. The assembly of claim 7 , wherein the waveguide comprises a hollow waveguide. 9. The assembly of claim 7 , wherein the waveguide comprises a microstrip waveguide. 10. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the microwaves are transmitted at a frequency between one gigahertz (1 GHz) and ten gigahertz (10 GHz). 11. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the microwaves are transmitted at a frequency between sixty gigahertz (60 GHz) and seventy-seven gigahertz (77 GHz). 12. The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the microwave system includes a microwave source configured as a magnetron, a klystron, a gyrotron or a solid state source. 13. An assembly for an aircraft structure, comprising: an acoustic panel comprising an exterior surface; and a thermal anti-icing system comprising a susceptor and a microwave system, the susceptor configured with the acoustic panel, and the microwave system configured to direct microwaves to the susceptor for melting and/or preventing ice accumulation on the exterior surface; wherein the acoustic panel includes a perforated skin that forms the exterior surface; and wherein the perforated skin includes a plurality of perforated layers bonded together, a first of the plurality of perforated layers comprises the susceptor, and a second of the plurality of perforated layers is disposed between the first of the plurality of perforated layers and the exterior surface. 14. An assembly for an aircraft propulsion system, comprising: a nacelle structure including a perforated first skin, a second skin and a cellular core arranged between and connected to the perforated first skin and the second skin; and a thermal anti-icing system comprising a susceptor and a microwave system, the susceptor embedded within the perforated first skin, and the microwave system configured to direct microwaves through the cellular core to the susceptor for melting and/or preventing ice accumulation on a perforated exterior surface of the nacelle structure. 15. The assembly of claim 14 , wherein the microwave system includes a microwave source and a waveguide; the microwave source is configured to generate the microwaves; and the waveguide is arranged with the second skin, and the waveguide is configured to receive the microwaves from the microwave source and then direct the microwaves to the susceptor.
