What is claimed is: 1. A vehicle display device, comprising: a display part having a front-side display part and a rear-side display part provided inside a vehicle cabin, each of the front-side display part and the rear-side display part having a display face; a detection part that detects an orientation and a posture of an occupant; and a control part that selects a display face in accordance with the orientation and the posture of the occupant detected by the detection part, raises the selected display face, and controls display by the display part such that information is displayed at the selected display face. 2. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein each of the front-side display part and the rear-side display part includes: a screen plate having the display face; and a movement part which raises and lowers the screen plate, wherein: the control part controls the movement part so as to raise the screen plate of the selected display face; and the control part controls the movement part so as to lower or maintain in a lowered state the screen plate of the non-selected display face. 3. The vehicle display device of claim 2 , wherein: the front-side display part is provided at an instrument panel and the rear-side display part is provided at a back panel; and when in a lowered state, the screen plate of the front-side display part is accommodated inside the instrument panel, and the screen plate of the rear-side display part is accommodated inside the back panel. 4. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein the display part further comprises a support part and a projector mounted on the support part, wherein the control part controls a movement of the support part for changing a projection height of the projector. 5. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein the display part further comprises a support part and a projector mounted on the support part, wherein the control part controls a movement of the support part such that a projection from the projector is aligned with the selected display face. 6. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein the display part further comprises a support part and a projector mounted on the support part, wherein the control part changes at least one of a projection direction and a magnification ratio of information displayed at the display face, in accordance with the selected display face. 7. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein the control part is configured to move the selected display face in a vehicle width direction so as to correspond to a sight line of the occupant. 8. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein the detection part comprises at least one of a direction sensor that detects the orientation of the occupant, an incline sensor that detects an angle of inclination of an upper body of the occupant relative to a vehicle front-rear direction, a sight line sensor that detects a sight line direction of the occupant, or a pressure sensor that detects the posture of the occupant. 9. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein the detection part comprises a plurality of pressure sensors disposed in a seat that detect the posture of the occupant based on difference in pressure measured by the pressure sensors. 10. The vehicle display device of claim 1 , wherein the control part includes a central processing unit. 11. A method of controlling a vehicle display device, the vehicle display device including a display part having a front-side display part and a rear-side display part provided inside a vehicle cabin, each of the front-side display part and the rear-side display part having a display face, the method comprising: detecting an orientation and a posture of an occupant; selecting a display face in accordance with the orientation and the posture of the occupant; raising the selected display face; and controlling display by the display part such that information is displayed at the selected display face. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein each of the front-side display part and the rear-side display part includes: a screen plate having the display face; and a movement part which raises and lowers the screen plate, and wherein the method further comprises: controlling the movement part so as to raise the screen plate of the selected display face; and controlling the movement part so as to lower or maintain in a lowered state the screen plate of the non-selected display face. 13. The method of claim 12 , wherein: the front-side display part is provided at an instrument panel and the rear-side display part is provided at a back panel; and when in a lowered state, the screen plate of the front-side display part is accommodated inside the instrument panel, and the screen plate of the rear-side display part is accommodated inside the back panel. 14. The method of claim 11 , wherein the display part further comprises a support part and a projector mounted on the support part, wherein the method further comprises controlling a movement of the support part for changing a projection height of the projector. 15. The method of claim 11 , wherein the display part further comprises a support part and a projector mounted on the support part, wherein the method further comprises controlling a movement of the support part such that a projection from the projector is aligned with the selected display face. 16. The method of claim 11 , wherein the display part further comprises a support part and a projector mounted on the support part, wherein the method further comprises changing at least one of a projection direction and a magnification ratio of information displayed at the display face, in accordance with the selected display face. 17. The method of claim 11 , further comprising moving the selected display face in a vehicle width direction so as to correspond to a sight line of the occupant. 18. The method of claim 11 , wherein the vehicle display device further comprises a detection part including at least one of a direction sensor that detects the orientation of the occupant, an incline sensor that detects an angle of inclination of an upper body of the occupant relative to a vehicle front-rear direction, a sight line sensor that detects a sight line direction of the occupant, or a pressure sensor that detects the posture of the occupant. 19. The method of claim 11 , wherein the vehicle display device further comprises a detection part including a plurality of pressure sensors disposed in a seat that detect the posture of the occupant based on difference in pressure measured by the pressure sensors. 20. The method of claim 11 , wherein the vehicle includes a central processing unit that selects the display face in accordance with the orientation and the posture of the occupant and controls the display by the display part such that the information is displayed at the selected display face.
