What is claimed is: 1. An apparatus comprising: a display screen; a communications circuit; and a control circuit configured to: display, on the display screen, a warm/cool actuator and a full color actuator, wherein the warm/cool actuator is configured to display a first control interface on the display screen that is configured to allow a user to control a color of a lighting load within a range of correlated color temperatures (CCTs), and wherein the full color actuator is configured to display a second control interface on the display screen that is configured to allow the user to control the color of the lighting load within a full color gamut; in response to detecting an actuation of the warm/cool actuator, display the first control interface, wherein the first control interface comprises a first color palette configured to display the range of CCTs from a warm white color at a first end of the first color palette to a cool white color at a second end of the first color palette; in response to detecting an actuation of the full color actuator, display the second control interface, wherein the second control interface comprises a second color palette configured to display the full color gamut, and wherein the second color palette comprises white colors within the full color gamut on one side of the second color palette to enable the user to select between the white colors and other colors within the full color gamut; detect a selected color on the first color palette or the second color palette; and responsive to detecting the selected color on the first color palette or the second color palette, communicate via the communications circuit a message to a lighting control device that is configured to perform the control of the lighting load to the selected color on the first color palette or the second color palette. 2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control circuit is configured to display the warm/cool actuator and the full color actuator on a first portion of the display screen, and wherein the first control interface and the second control interface are displayed on a second portion of the display screen such that the warm/cool actuator and the full color actuator continue being displayed for selection in the first portion of the display screen while one of the first control interface or the second control interface is displayed for selection of the color of the lighting load in the second portion of the display screen. 3. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the control circuit is configured to display an on/off actuator and an intensity actuator on a control line in a third portion of the display screen such that the on/off actuator and the control line are being displayed for selection in the third portion of the display screen while one of the first control interface or the second control interface is being displayed for selection of the color of the lighting load in the second portion of the display screen. 4. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control circuit is configured to superimpose a first actuator over the first color palette that is moveable to different CCTs in the first color palette to allow the user to select the color of the lighting load from within the range of CCTs in the first color palette, and wherein the control circuit is configured to superimpose a second actuator over the second color palette that is moveable to different colors in the full color gamut in the second color palette to allow the user to select the color of the lighting load from within the full color gamut in the second color palette. 5. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the control circuit is configured to display an indicator separately from the first actuator or the second actuator that indicates the color of the lighting load when the color is selected using the first actuator in the first color palette or the second actuator in the second color palette, and wherein the indicator is displayed in a separate portion of the display than the first control interface or the second control interface portion of the display screen such that the indicator continues being displayed while one of the first control interface or the second control interface is displayed for selection of the color of the lighting load in the second portion of the display screen. 6. The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the control circuit is configured to dynamically update the indicator as one of the first actuator is moved over the first color palette or the second actuator is moved over the second color palette to identify the color of the lighting load. 7. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the control circuit is configured to detect the movement of the first actuator over the first color palette or the second actuator over the second color palette and transmit messages to the lighting control device via the communications circuit for controlling the color of the lighting load as the first actuator moves over the first color palette or the second actuator moves over the second color palette. 8. A method comprising: displaying, on a display screen, a warm/cool actuator and a full color actuator, wherein the warm/cool actuator is displaying a first control interface on the display screen that allows a user to control a color of a lighting load within a range of correlated color temperatures (CCTs), and wherein the full color actuator is displays a second control interface on the display screen that allows the user to control the color of the lighting load within a full color gamut; in response to detecting an actuation of the warm/cool actuator, displaying the first control interface, wherein the first control interface comprises a first color palette displaying the range of CCTs from a warm white color at a first end of the first color palette to a cool white color at a second end of the first color palette; in response to detecting an actuation of the full color actuator, displaying the second control interface, wherein the second control interface comprises a second color palette displaying the full color gamut, and wherein the second color palette comprises white colors within the full color gamut on one side of the second color palette enabling the user to select between the white colors and other colors within the full color gamut; detecting a selected color on the first palette or the second palette; and responsive to detecting the selected color on the first color palette or the second color palette, communicating via a communications circuit a message to a lighting control device that performs the control of the lighting load to the selected color on the first color palette or the second color palette. 9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the warm/cool actuator and the full color actuator are displayed on a first portion of the display screen, and wherein the first control interface and the second control interface are displayed on a second portion of the display screen such that the warm/cool actuator and the full color actuator continue being displayed for selection in the first portion of the display screen while one of the first control interface or the second control interface is displayed for selection of the color of the lighting load in the second portion of the display screen. 10. The method of claim 9 , further comprising displaying an on/off actuator and an intensity actuator on a control line in a third portion of the display screen such that the on/off actuator and the control line are being displayed for selection in the third portion of the display screen while one of the first control interface or the second control interface is being displayed for selection of the color of the lighting load in the second portion of th
