To provide an information processing device and an information processing method capable of grasping the situation of the place using a plurality of arranged sensors and controlling arranged actuators so as to obtain the ideal situation. An information processing device including: a communication portion capable of receiving sensor data detected from a plurality of sensors arranged in predetermined regions and transmitting control signals to a plurality of actuators arranged around the sensors such that the actuators are, at least one by one, associated with each of the sensors; and a control portion that performs control such that the sensor arranged in a specific region determined not to have an ideal situation is specified on the basis of the sensor data detected from the plurality of sensors, the actuator corresponding to the specified sensor is specified from the plurality of actuators, and the control signal for bringing the specific region into the ideal situation is generated and transmitted to the specified actuator through the communication portion.

What is claimed: 1. An information processing device, comprising: circuitry configured to: receive sensor data from a plurality of sensors in a plurality of regions; determine that a specific region of the plurality of regions has a non-ideal situation based on the received sensor data, wherein the non-ideal situation corresponds to a first motion line taken by a specific number of people in the specific region, the first motion line is a first route followed by the specific number of people, and the first route includes an entrance from a first door and passage of the specific number of people directly from a first sensor of the plurality of sensors to a third sensor of the plurality of sensors; specify a specific sensor, of the plurality of sensors, in the specific region based on the determination that the specific region has the non-ideal situation; specify a specific actuator, corresponding to the specific sensor, from a plurality of actuators arranged in the plurality of regions; generate a control signal to control the specific actuator, such that the specific region has an ideal situation, wherein the ideal situation corresponds to a second motion line taken by the specific number of people in the specific region, the second motion line is a second route to be followed by the specific number of people, and the second route includes the entrance from the first door and the passage of the specific number of people from the first sensor to the third sensor through at least one second sensor of the plurality of sensors; and transmit the generated control signal to the specified actuator through a communication unit, such that the specific number of people in the specific region becomes uncomfortable, based on the determination that the specific region has the non-ideal situation. 2. The information processing device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sensors includes at least one of a plurality of cameras or a plurality of microphones. 3. The information processing device according to claim 2 , wherein the specific actuator is at least one of an electric fan, an air conditioning device, a humidifier, a lighting device, a speaker, a vibration apparatus, an escalator, or a display device. 4. The information processing device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sensors are people-flow sensors. 5. An information processing method, comprising: receiving, by a circuitry, sensor data from a plurality of sensors in a plurality of regions; determining, by the circuitry, a specific region of the plurality of regions has a non-ideal situation based on the received sensor data, wherein the non-ideal situation corresponds to a first motion line taken by a specific number of people in the specific region, the first motion line is a first route followed by the specific number of people, and the first route includes an entrance from a first door and passage of the specific number of people directly from a first sensor of the plurality of sensors to a third sensor of the plurality of sensors; specifying, by the circuitry, a specific sensor of the plurality of sensors in the specific region based on the determination that the specific region has the non-ideal situation; specifying, by the circuitry, a specific actuator corresponding to the specific sensor from a plurality of actuators arranged in the plurality of regions; generating, by the circuitry, a control signal to control the specific actuator, such that the specific region has an ideal situation, wherein the ideal situation corresponds to a second motion line taken by the specific number of people in the specific region, the second motion line is a second route to be followed by the specific number of people, and the second route includes the entrance from the first door and the passage of the specific number of people from the first sensor to the third sensor through at least one second sensor of the plurality of sensors; and transmitting, by the circuitry, the generated control signal to the specified actuator through a communication unit, such that the specific number of people in the specific region becomes uncomfortable, based on the determination that the specific region has the non-ideal situation.
