What is claimed is: 1. A laundry treating apparatus comprising: a cabinet having a front opening; a first laundry treating chamber defined in the cabinet to receive laundry through the front opening; a door assembly for opening and closing the front opening and defining a second laundry treating chamber therein to treat laundry; and a machine chamber in communication with at least one of the first laundry treating chamber and the second laundry treating chamber, wherein the machine chamber receives therein at least one of (i) a steam supply configured to supply steam to the first laundry treating chamber and (ii) an air supply configured to circulate air, wherein the door assembly includes: a first panel configured to rotate relative to the front opening, and configured to support first laundry therein, the first panel includes a first fixing member for holding the first laundry, a second panel configured to rotate relative to the first panel for opening and closing the second laundry treating chamber, and configured to support second laundry therein, wherein the second panel includes a second fixing member for holding the second laundry, and a partitioning plate disposed between the first panel and the second panel and configured to press each of the first laundry held on the first fixing member and the second laundry held on the second fixing member. 2. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second panel is configured to face the first laundry treating chamber based on the door assembly closing the front opening. 3. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second panel is provided rotatably between the front opening and the first panel. 4. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second panel is provided rotatably in one surface of the first panel that faces the first laundry treating chamber based on the door assembly closing the front opening. 5. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the second panel is rotatably provided in one side closer to a rotation axis of the first panel among both sides of the first panel on a width direction. 6. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein an inner surface of the first panel has a recessed portion that is recessed inwardly to define the second laundry treating chamber. 7. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the second panel is provided rotatably relative to the recessed portion of the first panel. 8. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the second panel includes: a panel plate; and an edge portion protruding from an edge of the panel plate toward the first panel for spacing apart the panel plate from the first panel, based on the second panel closing the second laundry treating chamber. 9. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the first panel includes: an upper cover protruding from the inner surface thereof, and configured to surround the edge portion based on the second panel closing the second laundry treating chamber; and a lower cover provided under the upper cover and protruding from the inner surface of the first panel, and configured to cover a front surface of the machine chamber. 10. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the first panel further includes a first base plate provided below the first fixing member, and configured to press the first laundry together with the partitioning plate, and wherein the second panel further including a second base plate provided below the second fixing member, and configured to press the second laundry together with the partitioning plate. 11. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the first base plate includes: a first base fixing plate fixed to an inner surface of the first panel; a first left base elastic plate extending from the first base fixing plate in a left direction, the first left base elastic plate being spaced apart from the inner surface of the first panel; and a first right base elastic plate extending from the first base fixing plate in a right direction, the first right base elastic plate being spaced apart from the inner surface of the first panel. 12. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the second base plate includes: a second base fixing plate fixed to an inner surface of the second panel; a second left base elastic plate extending from the second base fixing plate in the left direction, the second left base elastic plate being spaced apart from the inner surface of the second panel; and a second right base elastic plate extending from the second base fixing plate in the right direction, the second right base elastic plate being spaced apart from the inner surface of the second panel. 13. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second panel defines a communication hole that is configured to fluidly connect between the first laundry treating chamber and the second laundry treating chamber based on the second laundry treating chamber being closed, and wherein the partitioning plate defines: a first space configured to accommodate the first laundry between the first panel and the partitioning plate, a second space configured to accommodate the second laundry between the second panel and the partitioning plate, and a plate opening that passes through the partitioning plate and that is configured to fluidly connect between the first space and the second space based on the second laundry treating chamber being closed. 14. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second panel is disposed in front of the first panel. 15. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a portion of an outer surface of the first panel is recessed inwardly to define a space forming the second laundry treating chamber. 16. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the second panel is configured to open or close the second laundry treating chamber based on the door assembly closing the front opening.
