An ultrasonic surgical system is disclosed comprising a surgical instrument and a wrench assembly. The surgical instrument comprises a handle assembly and a body member pivotably coupled to the handle assembly. The handle assembly comprises a first finger grip, an ultrasonic blade, and a waveguide extending proximally from the ultrasonic blade. The body member comprises a second finger grip, a clamp arm movable relative to the ultrasonic blade to capture tissue therebetween, a first body surface defined on a first side of the body member, and a second body surface defined on a second side of the body member. The wrench assembly comprises a wrench and an adapter operably coupled to the wrench. The adapter comprises a first wrench surface configured to engage the first body surface and a second wrench surface configured to engage the second body surface.

We claim: 1. An ultrasonic surgical system, comprising: a surgical instrument, comprising: a handle assembly, comprising: a first finger grip; an ultrasonic blade; and a waveguide extending proximally from the ultrasonic blade; and a body member pivotably coupled to the handle assembly, wherein the body member comprises: a second finger grip; a clamp arm movable relative to the ultrasonic blade to capture tissue therebetween; a first body surface defined on a first side of the body member; and a second body surface defined on a second side of the body member; and a wrench assembly, comprising: a wrench; and an adapter operably coupled to the wrench, wherein the adapter comprises: a first wrench surface configured to engage the first body surface; and a second wrench surface configured to engage the second body surface. 2. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 1 , wherein the adapter further comprises a rail, and wherein the clamp arm defines a slot configured to receive the rail. 3. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 1 , wherein the adapter defines an opening configured to receive the ultrasonic blade. 4. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 1 , wherein the wrench is configured to rotate relative to the adapter based on a threshold force applied to the wrench being reached or exceeded. 5. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 1 , wherein rotation of the wrench assembly is configured to impart a torque to the waveguide. 6. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 1 , wherein the handle assembly defines a cavity configured to removably receive a transducer assembly therein. 7. A wrench assembly for use with a surgical instrument comprising a handle assembly and a body member pivotably coupled to the handle assembly, wherein the handle assembly comprises a first finger ring, an ultrasonic blade, and a waveguide extending from the ultrasonic blade, wherein the body member comprises a second finger ring, a clamp arm movable relative to the ultrasonic blade to capture tissue therebetween, a first body surface defined on a first side of the body member, and a second body surface defined on a second side of the body member, wherein the wrench assembly comprises: a wrench defining a longitudinal axis, wherein the wrench comprises: an arm; and a tooth extending from the arm toward the longitudinal axis; and an adapter operably coupled to the wrench, wherein the adapter comprises: a first wrench surface configured to engage the first body surface; a second wrench surface configured to engage the second body surface; a shaft; and a spline gear extending from the shaft, wherein the tooth is configured to engage the spline gear based on rotation of the wrench, and wherein the arm is configured to flex away from the longitudinal axis based on a threshold force being applied to the wrench; wherein the wrench comprises a plurality of arms comprising the arm, and wherein the plurality of arms extend circumferentially around the longitudinal axis. 8. The wrench assembly of claim 7 , wherein the adapter further comprises a rail configured to be received in a slot of the clamp arm. 9. The wrench assembly of claim 7 , wherein the adapter defines an opening configured to receive the ultrasonic blade. 10. The wrench assembly of claim 7 , wherein the wrench is configured to rotate relative to the adapter based on the threshold force being reached or exceeded. 11. The wrench assembly of claim 7 , wherein the first wrench surface comprises a substantially flat surface, and where the second wrench surface comprises a substantially flat surface. 12. The wrench assembly of claim 7 , wherein the adapter comprises a plurality of tabs, wherein the wrench comprises a shoulder, and wherein the plurality of tabs are configured to engage the shoulder. 13. The wrench assembly of claim 12 , wherein the plurality of tabs are configured to flex relative to the shoulder. 14. The wrench assembly of claim 7 , wherein the adapter further comprises a skirt surrounding the spline gear. 15. The wrench assembly of claim 7 , wherein the wrench comprises a collar surrounding the longitudinal axis, and wherein the plurality of arms are defined in the collar. 16. An ultrasonic surgical system, comprising: a surgical instrument, comprising: a handle comprising a first finger grip; a body pivotably coupled to the handle, wherein the body comprises: a second finger grip; a clamp arm extending from the second finger grip; a first body surface defined on a first side of the clamp arm; and a second body surface defined on a second side of the clamp arm; and a wrench assembly, comprising: a wrench; and an adapter operably coupled to the wrench, wherein the adapter comprises: a first wrench surface configured to interface with the first body surface; and a second wrench surface configured to interface the second body surface. 17. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 16 , wherein the handle further comprises an ultrasonic blade and a waveguide extending proximally from the ultrasonic blade. 18. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 16 , wherein the wrench is configured to rotate relative to the adapter based on a threshold force applied to the wrench being reached or exceeded. 19. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 16 , wherein the handle defines a cavity configured to removably receive a transducer. 20. The ultrasonic surgical system of claim 16 , wherein the wrench comprises an arm and a tooth extending from the arm, wherein the adapter comprises a shaft and a spline gear extending from the shaft, wherein the tooth is configured to engage the spline gear based on rotation of the wrench, and wherein the arm is configured to flex away from the spline gear based on a threshold force being applied to the wrench.
