What is claimed is: 1. A method comprising: determining first in-device coexistence (IDC) interference adjustment information comprising frequency bandwidth information, wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both a frequency and a bandwidth at which a second communications system of a terminal device and a first communications system of the terminal device interfere; and sending the first IDC interference adjustment information to a network device to switch, based on the first IDC interference adjustment information, both a second transmit frequency and a second transmit bandwidth for the terminal device in the first or second communications system to both frequency and bandwidth that do not interfere. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first communications system of the terminal device is an interference source. 3. The method of claim 2 , further comprising further determining that both the frequency and the bandwidth which the terminal device is interfered with by the first communications system in the second communications system are the first IDC interference adjustment information. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first communications system of the terminal device is an interfered source. 5. The method of claim 4 , further comprising further determining that both the frequency and the bandwidth which the terminal device is interfered with by a second communications system of the terminal device in the first communications system are the first IDC interference adjustment information. 6. A method comprising: receiving, from a terminal device, first in-device coexistence (IDC) interference adjustment information comprising frequency bandwidth information, wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both a start frequency and an end frequency at which a second communications system of the terminal device and a first communications system of the terminal device interfere; and adjusting IDC interference based on the first IDC interference adjustment information, wherein adjusting the IDC interference includes switching, based on the first IDC interference adjustment information, both a second transmit start frequency and a second transmit end frequency for the terminal device in the first or second communications system to both start frequency and end frequency that do not interfere. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both the start frequency and the end frequency at which the second communications system of the terminal device is interfered with by the terminal device in the first communications system of the terminal device when the first communications system is an interference source. 8. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both the start frequency and the end frequency at which the second communications system of the terminal device interferes with the terminal device in the first communications system of the terminal device when the first communications system is an interfered source. 9. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: determining a magnitude of interference based on the first IDC interference adjustment information; and reducing the transmit power based on the magnitude of interference. 10. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: determining a magnitude of interference based on the first IDC interference adjustment information; and increasing the transmit power based on the magnitude of interference. 11. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both the start frequency and the end frequency at which the second communications system of the terminal device is not interfered with by the terminal device in the first communications system when the first communications system is an interference source. 12. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both the operating start frequency and the operating end frequency of the terminal device in the second communications system when the first communications system of the terminal device is an interference source. 13. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both the start frequency and the end frequency at which the second communications system of the terminal device does not interfere with the terminal device in the first communications system when the first communications system is an interfered source. 14. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is both the operating start frequency and the operating end frequency of the terminal device in the second communications system when the first communications system of the terminal device is an interfered source. 15. A network device, comprising: a memory storing instructions; and one or more processors configured responsive to execution of the instructions to: receive, from a terminal device, first in-device coexistence (IDC) interference adjustment information comprising frequency bandwidth information, wherein the first IDC interference adjustment information is either both a transmit frequency and a transmit bandwidth or both a transmit start frequency and a transmit end frequency at which a second communications system of the terminal device and a first communications system of the terminal device interfere; and adjust IDC interference based on the first IDC interference adjustment information, wherein adjustment of the IDC interference includes to switch, based on the first IDC interference adjustment information, an uplink bandwidth part (BWP) of the terminal device in the first communications system to either both transmit frequency and transmit bandwidth or both transmit start frequency and transmit end frequency that do not interfere. 16. The network device of claim 15 , wherein the processor is further configured responsive to execution of the instructions to: determine a magnitude of interference based on the first IDC interference adjustment information; and reduce the transmit power based on the magnitude of interference. 17.
