Provided is a tire vulcanizing bladder comprising fluororubber, wherein a plurality of grooves extending in a width direction are formed on a circumference of an outer surface of the tire vulcanizing bladder, and a plurality of recesses connecting the grooves to each other are formed between the grooves. Also provided is a pneumatic tire comprising one or more fluorine-containing particles having a maximum diameter of 1.0 μm or more per area of 100 μm2 of a tire inner surface, wherein a plurality of bladder ridges extending in a tire width direction are formed on a circumference of the tire inner surface, and a plurality of protrusions connecting the bladder ridges to each other are formed between the bladder ridges.

The invention claimed is: 1. A pneumatic tire comprising one or more fluorine-containing particles having a maximum diameter of 1.0 μm or more per area of 100 μm 2 of a tire inner surface, wherein a plurality of bladder ridges extending in a tire width direction are formed on a circumference of the tire inner surface, a plurality of protrusions connecting the bladder ridges to each other are formed between the bladder ridges, each of the bladder ridges has a height B′ of from 0.3 to 0.5 mm, each of the bladder ridges does not intersect with any other bladder ridges, the height B′ of each of the bladder ridges is higher than the height of each of the protrusions, a ratio B′/D′ satisfies: 0.001≤B′/D′≤0.003 or 0.005≤B′/D′≤0.006, in which D′ (ridges) is a number of the bladder ridges on the whole circumference, a ratio B′/E′ satisfies: 1.0≤B′/E′≤5.0, in which E′ (mm) is a radius of curvature of a corner of an apex of each of the bladder ridges in a cross section of the bladder ridge in an extending direction, eight or more and fifteen or less of the bladder ridges are formed per inch along the tire circumferential direction at any position of the tire inner surface in the tire width direction, the pneumatic tire further comprises a tire inner surface member on the inner surface in a center portion, the center portion being a portion between hump portions in the tire width direction, the tire inner surface member is disposed in a center region of 80% of a peripheral length in the tire width direction of the tire inner surface of the center portion, the tire inner surface of the center portion is free of protrusions, and a number density of small recesses which are defined by the protrusions at a position and in a vicinity of the position of at least a joining portion on a circumference of a carcass ply is greater than that of another position on the circumference of the tire inner surface.
