The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein said advertisement button can be activated only by said first user. 3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: using a second advertisement button to control said start time of said configured advertisement; and wherein said second advertisement button can be activated only by said second user via a second ACP controlled by said second user. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising wherein said first ACF comprises a length of time of an advertisement or a classification of an advertisement. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: providing a second ACP to said first user wherein said second ACP has a predetermined set of ACFs, wherein said first user is in control of said second ACP, wherein a third user is not in control of said second ACP, receiving a second input via said first user's second ACP wherein said second input activates a second ACF of said predetermined set of ACFs of said second ACP; and presenting a second configured advertisement to said third user with said second ACF wherein said second ACF is different from said first ACF. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: providing a second ACP to said second user wherein said second ACP has a predetermined set of ACFs, wherein said second user is in control of said second ACP, wherein said second user is in not control of said first ACP, wherein said first user is not in control of said second ACP, receiving a second input via said second ACP wherein said second input activates a second ACF of said predetermined set of ACFs of said second ACP; and presenting a second configured advertisement to said first user with said second ACF. 7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: presenting said configured advertisement to said first user via said first user's display wherein said configured advertisement is presented to said first user at a first time point, wherein said configured advertisement is presented to said second user at a second time point, and wherein said second time point is within 3 seconds of said first time point. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein data acquired related to said second user is analyzed to determine an optimum advertisement profile for said second user; and wherein said advertisement presented to said second user is selected from a group of advertisements based on said optimum advertisement profile and said first ACF. 9. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein said set of ACFs further comprises an advertisement feedback task; wherein while said advertisement feedback task is being completed by said second user, said video imagery of said first user remains altered; and wherein once said advertisement feedback task is completed by said second user, said video imagery of said first user is no longer altered. 10. The method of claim 1 , further comprising wherein streamed audio data of said first user is altered while said advertisement is presented to said second user by decreasing the volume of said first user presented on said second user's speaker. 11.
