This method comprises generating an improved personalized webpage with multi-user advertisement control panel (ACP). The preferred embodiment of the ACP is a digital window presented on a monitor wherein a point and click function can be performed by a user to activate various aspects of the ACP. The ACP has a predetermined set of advertisement control features, which the user can activate to control the advertisement profile. The first user is in control of said first ACP and inputs from said first user via said first user's first ACP wherein said first input activates a first advertisement control feature (ACF) of said set of advertisement control features (ACFs). An advertisement is presented to the second user via the second user's display with based on the first user's ACF.

What is claimed is: 1. A method of using computer for presenting advertisements comprising: generating a first advertisement control panel (ACP) wherein said first ACP has a predetermined set of advertisement control features (ACFs); instructions for presenting said first ACP to a first user wherein said first user is in control of said first ACP; receiving a first input from said first user via said first user's first ACP wherein said first input activates a first advertisement control feature (ACF) of said set of ACFs; configuring an advertisement for a second user based on said first ACF wherein said first ACF comprises a start time of said configured advertisement, and wherein an advertisement button is used to control said start time of said configured advertisement; and instructions for presenting said configured advertisement to said second user via said second user's display within 5 seconds of said first user activating said advertisement button and during a video livestream between said first user and said second user, instruction for altering said video imagery of said first user while said advertisement is presented to said second user by at least one of the group of: adjusting the brightness of said video imagery of said first user on said second user's display; and adjusting the size of said video imagery of said first user on said second user's display. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein said advertisement button can be activated only by said first user. 3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: using a second advertisement button to control said start time of said configured advertisement; and wherein said second advertisement button can be activated only by said second user via a second ACP controlled by said second user. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising wherein said first ACF comprises a length of time of an advertisement or a classification of an advertisement. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: providing a second ACP to said first user wherein said second ACP has a predetermined set of ACFs, wherein said first user is in control of said second ACP, wherein a third user is not in control of said second ACP, receiving a second input via said first user's second ACP wherein said second input activates a second ACF of said predetermined set of ACFs of said second ACP; and presenting a second configured advertisement to said third user with said second ACF wherein said second ACF is different from said first ACF. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: providing a second ACP to said second user wherein said second ACP has a predetermined set of ACFs, wherein said second user is in control of said second ACP, wherein said second user is in not control of said first ACP, wherein said first user is not in control of said second ACP, receiving a second input via said second ACP wherein said second input activates a second ACF of said predetermined set of ACFs of said second ACP; and presenting a second configured advertisement to said first user with said second ACF. 7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: presenting said configured advertisement to said first user via said first user's display wherein said configured advertisement is presented to said first user at a first time point, wherein said configured advertisement is presented to said second user at a second time point, and wherein said second time point is within 3 seconds of said first time point. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein data acquired related to said second user is analyzed to determine an optimum advertisement profile for said second user; and wherein said advertisement presented to said second user is selected from a group of advertisements based on said optimum advertisement profile and said first ACF. 9. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein said set of ACFs further comprises an advertisement feedback task; wherein while said advertisement feedback task is being completed by said second user, said video imagery of said first user remains altered; and wherein once said advertisement feedback task is completed by said second user, said video imagery of said first user is no longer altered. 10. The method of claim 1 , further comprising wherein streamed audio data of said first user is altered while said advertisement is presented to said second user by decreasing the volume of said first user presented on said second user's speaker. 11. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein a third user is not in control of said first ACP; and presenting said configured advertisement to said third user via said third user's display based on said first ACF. 12. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: presenting said first ACP to a third user wherein said third user is also in control of said first ACP; and presenting said advertisement to said third user via said third user's display based on said first input from said first user and said third user's input(s) into said first ACP. 13. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: wherein a frame of video imagery of said first user is acquired at a first time point, wherein a frame of video imagery of said second user is acquired at said first time point, wherein said frame of said video imagery of said first user is presented on said second user's computer screen at a second time point; wherein said frame of said video imagery of said second user is presented on said first user's computer screen at a third time point; wherein said second time point is within five seconds of said first time point; and wherein said third time point is within five seconds of said first time point. 14. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: implementing an all advertisements off button; and wherein if said first user or said second user activates said all advertisements off button, then no advertisements are presented to said second user. 15. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: implementing a metered advertisements configuration button controlled by said second user; wherein if said second user has said metered advertisements configuration button at a first setting during a livestream event, then a livestream virtual currency is used at a first rate; wherein if said second user has said metered advertisements configuration button at a second setting during a livestream event, then a livestream virtual currency is used at a second rate; wherein said second setting corresponds to a higher number of static advertisements or longer length of video advertisements than said first setting; and wherein said second rate is higher than said first rate. 16. A non-transitory computer readable medium having computer readable code thereon for presenting advertisements on a webpage, the medium comprising: instructions for generating a first advertisement control panel (ACP) wherein said first ACP has a predetermined set of advertisement control features (ACFs); instructions for presenting said first ACP to a first user wherein said first user is in control of said first ACP; instructions for receiving a first input from said first user via said first user's first ACP wherein said first input activates a first advertisement control feature (ACF) of said set of ACFs; and instructions for configuring an advertisement for a second user based on said first ACF wherein said first ACF comprises a start time of said configured advertisement, and wherein an advertisement button is used t
