The present invention provides a novel polymer comprising repeating unit represented by the following Chemical Formula 1, and an organic light emitting device including the same: Wherein L 1 , L 2 , Ar 1 , Ar 2 , Ar 3 , R 1 to R 8 , o, p and n are described herein.

The invention claimed is: 1. A polymer comprising a repeating unit represented by the following Chemical Formula 1: wherein, in Chemical Formula 1, L 1 is C 4 H 8 —, —C 5 H 10 —, —C 6 H 12 —, —OC 4 H 8 —, —OC 5 H 10 —, —OC 6 H 12 —, —(OC 2 H 4 ) 2 —, —(OC 2 H 4 ) 3 —, —O(C 2 H 4 )O(C 3 H 6 )O(C 2 H 4 )—, —C 4 F 8 —, —C 5 F 10 —, —C 6 F 12 —, —OC 4 F 8 —, —OC 5 F 10 —, —OC 6 F 12 —, —(OC 2 F 4 ) 2 — or —(OC 2 F 4 ) 3 —, L 2 is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-60 arylene, each Ar 1 is independently hydrogen, C 1-10 alkyl, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-60 aryl, Ar 2 and Ar 3 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C 6-60 aryl, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are each independently hydrogen or C 1-10 alkyl, each R 4 is independently hydrogen or halogen, R 5 and R 6 are hydrogen or are linked together to form a single bond, R 7 and R 8 are hydrogen or are linked together to form a single bond, with the proviso that the case where both R 5 and R 6 , and R 7 and R 8 are linked together to form a single bond is excluded, o is an integer from 0 to 4, p is an integer from 0 to 4, and n is 0 or 1. 2. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 500,000. 3. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the repeating unit represented by Chemical Formula 1 is any one selected from repeating units represented by the following Chemical Formulas 2 to 4: 4. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein L 2 is a single bond, phenylene, or biphenylylene. 5. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 2 and Ar 3 are each independently phenyl, biphenylyl, dimethylfluorenyl, or diphenylfluorenyl unsubstituted or substituted with methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl or tertbutyl. 6. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are each independently hydrogen or methyl. 7. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein R 4 is hydrogen or fluoro. 8. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the Chemical Formula 1 is any one selected from the group consisting of repeating units represented by the following: 9. An organic light emitting device comprising a first electrode; a second electrode that is disposed opposite to the first electrode; and one or more organic material layers that are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the one or more organic material layers include the polymer according to claim 1 . 10. The organic light emitting device according to claim 9 , wherein the one or more organic material layers including the polymer are selected from a hole injection layer or a hole transport layer. 11. The organic light emitting device according to claim 9 , wherein the polymer comprises a repeating unit represented by any one selected from the group consisting of repeating units represented by the following: 12. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein Ar1 is independently hydrogen, methyl, or phenyl.
