The invention claimed is: 1. A bispecific antibody, wherein the bispecific antibody binds to IL-18 and IL-1β and comprises: a first immunoglobulin heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO. 87; a first immunoglobulin light chain comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO. 103; a second immunoglobulin heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO. 55; and a second immunoglobulin light chain comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No. 71. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the bispecific antibody according to claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 3. A method of treating an inflammasome related disorder comprising administering to a subject afflicted with an inflammasome related disorder an effective amount of a bispecific antibody according to claim 1 . 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the inflammasome related disorder is sickle cell disease, vasculopathy, ischemia-reperfusion injury, cardiovascular disease, peripheral artery disease, atherosclerosis, vascular dysfunction, skeletal muscle ischemia, pulmonary sarcoidosis, fibrosis, malaria, hemodialysis-dependent chronic kidney disease, or Crohn's disease.
