The invention claimed is: 1. A lens driving device, comprising: a base; a housing disposed on the base; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing; a second coil disposed on the base; an upper elastic member connecting the bobbin and the housing; a terminal member disposed on the base; and a wire connecting the upper elastic member and the terminal member, wherein the second coil comprises a substrate part and a pattern coil formed on the substrate part. 2. The lens driving device of claim 1 , comprising a substrate disposed between the base and the second coil. 3. The lens driving device of claim 2 , wherein the wire is electrically connected to the substrate through the terminal member. 4. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a hole or a groove formed on a corner area of the base, and wherein a portion of the wire is disposed in the hole or the groove of the base. 5. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a terminal receptor comprising a shape corresponding to a shape of the terminal member, and wherein the terminal member is disposed on the terminal receptor of the base. 6. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the terminal member comprises a second coupling part coupled with the wire, and a connection part bent from the second coupling part. 7. The lens driving device of claim 6 , wherein the terminal member comprises a third coupling part, and wherein at least a portion of the third coupling part is exposed to a lateral surface of the base. 8. The lens driving device of claim 7 , comprising a substrate disposed between the base and the second coil, wherein the terminal member comprises a first coupling part coupled with the substrate, and wherein the connection part connects the first coupling part and the second coupling part. 9. The lens driving device of claim 8 , wherein at least a portion of the first coupling part is disposed higher than the second coupling part. 10. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the terminal member comprises a bent part bent from the first coupling part and connected with the third coupling part. 11. The lens driving device of claim 6 , wherein the second coupling part has a flat plate shape disposed in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis. 12. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the terminal member is visible when viewed from a lower side of the base. 13. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the upper elastic member comprises a hole passed by the wire, and wherein an upper end part of the wire is coupled with an upper surface of the upper elastic member by soldering. 14. The lens driving device of claim 13 , wherein the terminal member comprises a hole passed by the wire, and wherein a lower end part of the wire is coupled with a lower surface of the terminal member by soldering. 15. A camera module, comprising: a printed circuit board (PCB); an image sensor disposed on the PCB; the lens driving device of claim 1 disposed on the PCB; and a lens coupled to the bobbin of the lens driving device and disposed on the image sensor. 16. A portable device, comprising: a body; a camera module of claim 15 disposed on the body; and a display part disposed on one surface of the body and configured to output an image photographed by the camera module.
