A system configured to be coupled with a participant of an activity. The system comprises: a participant activity monitoring unit configured for monitoring a performance of the activity by the participant; an activity information module configured for storing performance information corresponding to the activity; and a participant performance correlator configured for delivering comparative performance data based on the monitored performance of the activity by the participant and the stored performance information.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for enhancing revenue generation comprising: monitoring a performance of a sporting activity by a participant with a participant activity monitoring unit, wherein the sporting activity involves use of a vehicle and wherein said activity is performed in varied locations throughout said performance, said participant activity monitoring unit configured to be attached to said vehicle, said monitoring of said performance including monitoring of speed of said vehicle, operating gear ratio of said vehicle, and suspension usage for said vehicle; determining a location of said participant during said sporting activity and outputting geographic position data indicating said location by the participant activity monitoring unit; storing performance information corresponding to said sporting activity in said participant activity monitoring unit; correlating said stored performance information associated with said performance of the sporting activity with the geographic position data of said vehicle during the activity and delivering comparative performance data based on said correlation by a participant performance correlator; and providing information to said participant based on said comparative performance data by a feedback module, wherein the information comprises recommendations regarding vehicle replacement and/or upgrading, which recommendations are based on said geographic position data, and wherein the information regarding vehicle replacement and/or upgrading further comprises an advertisement from a provider of a component for said vehicle.
