A boat comprising: a hull including a bow, a stern, and a transom; a port-side surface having a top edge; a starboard-side surface having a top edge; an aft-facing seat positioned in the stern of the boat, the aft-facing seat including: (i) a seat bottom movable from a first position to a second position, the seat bottom being inclined at a downward angle in the first position, the downward angle extending in a direction from aft to fore such that an aft portion of the seat bottom is higher than a forward portion of the seat bottom; and (ii) a seatback that joins the seat bottom at a location below the top edge of each of the port-side surface and the starboard-side surface; and a compartment associated with the aft-facing seat, at least a portion of the compartment being located under the seat bottom when the seat bottom is in the first position, the seat bottom being movable to the second position to allow access to the portion of the compartment under the seat bottom. 2. The boat of claim 1 , further comprising a hull, wherein the port-side surface is a port side of the hull and the top edge of the port-side surface is a port gunwale, and wherein the starboard-side surface is a starboard side of the hull and the top edge of the starboard-side surface is a starboard gunwale. 3. The boat of claim 1 , wherein the seat bottom is pivotable about a pivot axis to move the seat bottom between the first position and the second position. 4. The boat of claim 3 , wherein the seat bottom pivots upwardly to move from the first position to the second position. 5. The boat of claim 4 , wherein the seatback pivots upwardly with the seat bottom when the seat bottom is moved from the first position to the second position. 6. The boat of claim 1 , further comprising a floor, wherein the downward angle of the seat bottom is from 5 degrees to 20 degrees relative to the floor. 7. An inboard watersports boat comprising: a hull including a bow, a stern, a transom, and port and starboard gunwales; a tow point for towing a watersports performer; a plurality of aft-facing seats positioned in the stern of the boat, aft of the tow point, the plurality of aft-facing seats including an aft-facing seat positioned port of the centerline of the boat and an aft-facing seat positioned starboard of the centerline of the boat, each of the port and starboard aft-facing seats including: (i) a seat bottom movable from a first position to a second position, the seat bottom being inclined at a downward angle in the first position, the downward angle extending in a direction from aft to fore such that an aft portion of the seat bottom is higher than a forward portion of the seat bottom; and (ii) a seatback that joins the seat bottom at a location forward of the transom and below the gunwales; and a plurality of compartments including a compartment associated with the port aft-facing seat and a compartment associated with the starboard aft-facing seat, at least a portion of the compartment associated with the port aft-facing seat being located under the seat bottom of the port aft-facing seat when the seat bottom is in the first position, and at least a portion of the compartment associated with the starboard aft-facing seat being located under the seat bottom of the starboard aft-facing seat when the seat bottom is in the first position, wherein the seat bottom of each of the port and starboard aft-facing seats is movable to the second position to allow access to the portion of the associated compartment under the seat bottom. 8. The boat of claim 7 , wherein the hull includes a transom and the boat further comprises: a motor positioned in the stern of the boat, forward of the transom and along a centerline of the boat; and a propeller operatively connected to the motor, the propeller being located under the hull and forward of the transom. 9. The boat of claim 8 , wherein the compartment associated with the port aft-facing seat is positioned on a port side of the motor and the compartment associated with the starboard aft-facing seat is positioned on a starboard side of the motor. 10. The boat of claim 7 , wherein the seat bottom of each of the port and starboard aft-facing seats is pivotable about a pivot axis to move the seat bottom between the first position and the second position. 11.
