A cleaner includes a suction unit, a main body including a cyclone unit for separating dust from air suctioned through the suction unit, and a dust container that stores dust separated in the cyclone unit below the cyclone unit. A filter unit is disposed inside the cyclone unit for filtering the air, and a movable unit disposed inside the cyclone unit includes a cleaning part for cleaning the outer circumference of the filter unit. An operation unit disposed outside the main body moves the movable unit and the cleaning part to remove dust from the outer surface of the filter unit.

What is claimed is: 1. A cleaner comprising: a suction part; a main body including a first cyclone part configured to separate dust from air suctioned through the suction part and a dust container disposed under the first cyclone part and configured to store the dust separated by the first cyclone part; a filter part disposed in the first cyclone part and configured to filter dust from air that passes through the filter part; a movable part mounted in the first cyclone part, the movable part including a cleaning part configured to clean an outer perimeter of the filter part as the cleaning part is moved relative to the filter part with the cleaning part surrounding the outer perimeter of the filter part; and a manipulation part disposed outside the main body and connected to the movable part by a transfer part passing through the main body, wherein the manipulation part is configured to move the movable part between a standby position in which the movable part does not surround the outer perimeter of the filter part, and a cleaning state in which the cleaning part is moved relative to the filter part with the cleaning part surrounding the outer perimeter of the filter part such that the cleaning part removes dust from the outer perimeter of the filter part, and the movable part includes a recessed portion recessed in a direction away from the suction part, with at least a portion of the recessed portion facing the suction part. 2. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the movable part further comprises: a frame configured to support an outer circumference surface of the cleaning part; and a core part coupled to the frame and configured to support an inner circumference surface of the cleaning part, and the recessed portion is defined in the movable part at a position determined relative to each of the frame, the core part, and the cleaning part. 3. The cleaner of claim 2 , wherein the frame comprises: an inner body configured to support the cleaning part; and an outer body surrounding a portion of the inner body, and the recessed portion is defined in a portion of the inner body that is not surrounded by the outer body. 4. The cleaner of claim 3 , wherein a height of a portion of the inner body where the recessed portion is located is lower than a height of a portion of the inner body where the recessed portion is not located. 5. The cleaner of claim 2 , wherein the suction part comprises an inflow guide configured to guide flow of air so that cyclone flow is generated in the first cyclone part, and the frame comprises a frame guide extending in parallel with the inflow guide and configured to guide air flowing along the inflow guide. 6. The cleaner of claim 5 , wherein the frame comprises: an inner body configured to support the cleaning part; and an outer body connected to the inner body by the frame guide and surrounding the inner body, with a lower end portion of the frame guide being disposed in a position lower than a lower end portion of the outer body. 7. The cleaner of claim 5 , wherein the main body comprises a first body configured to generate the cyclone flow, and the recessed portion is defined in a portion of the frame disposed between a first extension line of the inflow guide and a second extension line extending in a tangential direction of the first body in parallel with the first extension line. 8. The cleaner of claim 2 , wherein the frame comprises: a pressurization rib extending downward from an outer lower end of the frame; and a connection part connected to the transfer part and extending outward in a radial direction with respect to a lower portion of the pressurization rib. 9. The cleaner of claim 8 , wherein the frame comprises: an inner body configured to support the cleaning part; and an outer body surrounding the inner body, and the pressurization rib extends downward from a lower end of the outer body. 10. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the cleaning part is ring-shaped and comprises an elastically-deformable material, the filter part is cylindrically-shaped, an inner circumference surface of the cleaning part comprises a cleaning surface configured to clean the filter part as the cleaning part is moved in contact with an outer circumference surface of the filter part, and a diameter of the cleaning surface is less than a diameter of the outer circumference surface of the filter part. 11. The cleaner of claim 10 , further comprising an air guide disposed above the filter part and configured to guide a flow of air passing through the filter part, wherein the movable part surrounds an outer perimeter of the air guide at the standby position of the movable part, an outer circumference surface of the air guide comprises a contact surface configured to contact the cleaning surface, and a diameter of the contact surface of the air guide is greater than a diameter of the cleaning surface. 12. The cleaner of claim 11 , wherein a portion of the outer circumference surface of the air guide is inwardly recessed to accommodate the movable part. 13. The cleaner of claim 11 , wherein the movable part further comprises: a frame configured to support an upper portion of an outer circumference surface of the cleaning part; and a core part coupled to the cleaning part and the frame and configured to support an upper portion of an inner circumference surface of the cleaning part. 14. The cleaner of claim 13 , wherein the air guide comprises a contact projection protruding in a circumferential direction from an upper portion of the outer circumference surface of the air guide, and the contact projection is seated in a projection positioning groove defined in the frame. 15. The cleaner of claim 11 , further comprising a second cyclone part configured to separate dust from air discharged from the first cyclone part, wherein the filter part surrounds an outer perimeter of the second cyclone part. 16. The cleaner of claim 15 , further comprising a discharging guide configured to guide air discharged from the second cyclone part under the second cyclone part, wherein a lower portion of the air guide is seated on the discharging guide, the discharging guide surrounds a portion of the lower portion of the air guide, and a diameter of an outer circumference surface of the discharging guide is less than an outer diameter of the contact surface of the air guide. 17. The cleaner of claim 16 , wherein an upper portion of the outer circumference surface of the discharging guide comprises a surface that tapers from a larger diameter at a lower portion thereof to a smaller diameter at an upper portion thereof. 18. The cleaner of claim 16 , wherein a first portion of the discharging guide is inserted into the filter part and a second portion of the discharging guide is seated on an upper surface of the filter part, and a diameter of the outer circumference surface of the filter part is less than a diameter of the outer circumference surface of the discharging guide. 19.
