What is claimed is: 1. A vector comprising a 5′ long terminal repeat (LTR) sequence, a U6 promoter sequence, a BsmB1 restriction site, an EFS sequence, an sgRNA expression cassette, a Thy1.1 cassette, a 3′ LTR sequence and an ampicillin a resistance gene sequence (AmpR) wherein the vector comprises a nucleic acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 129,213, SEQ ID NO: 129,214, and SEQ ID NO: 129,215. 2. A vector comprising a 5′ long terminal repeat (LTR) sequence, a U6 promoter sequence, a BsmB1 restriction site, an EFS sequence, an sgRNA expression cassette, a Thy1.1 cassette, a 3′ LTR sequence and an ampicillin resistance gene sequence (AmpR), wherein the sgRNA expression cassette expresses an sgRNA comprising a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1-129,209. 3. The vector of claim 2 , wherein the sgRNA expression cassette expresses an sgRNA consisting of a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1-129,209.
