What is claimed is: 1. A method comprising: controlling, by at least one processor: rendering, via a communication network, on a display screen of a first mobile computing device of a first player, a graphical user interface through which a luck-based game is playable; detecting, from the first mobile computing device, a first wager for a first round of the luck-based game; facilitating play of the first round of the luck-based game at the first mobile computing device, in which a first outcome of the first round of the luck-based game is based on a first random event determination; automatically and in-real time, tracking, via the communication network, a current first location of the first mobile computing device and playing habits of the first player at the first mobile computing device, during play of the first round of the luck-based game; rendering, via the communication network, on a display screen of a second mobile computing device of a second player, a graphical user interface through which the luck-based game is playable; detecting, from the second mobile computing device, a second wager for a second round of the luck-based game; facilitating play of the second round of the luck-based game by the second mobile computing device, in which a second outcome of the second round of the luck-based game is based on a second random event determination; automatically and in-real time, tracking, via the communication network, a current second location of the second mobile computing device and playing habits of the second player at the second mobile computing device, during play of the second round of the luck-based game; allocating to a jackpot at least one of: at least a portion of the first wager by the first mobile computing device in the first round, at least a portion of the second wager by the second mobile computing device in the second round, winnings at the first mobile computing device by the first player from the first round, or winnings at the second mobile computing device by the second player from the second round; determining the first outcome of the first round and the second outcome of the second round respectively based on the first random event determination and the second random event determination; determining, based on (i) the first outcome of the first round and the second outcome of the second round, (ii) whether the first player and the second player are playing the luck-based game at a time of a specified community based event, and (iii) a determination of proximity of the current first location and the current second location, whether at least one of the first player or the second player is qualified to play a skill-based game, in which the skill-based game is based on a skill of a given player playing the skill-based game; in response to determining that the first player at the first mobile computing device and the second player at the second mobile computing device are qualified to play the skill-based game, facilitating play of a round of the skill-based game at the first mobile computing device and the second mobile computing device, in which the round includes play by the first player via a graphical user interface at the first mobile computing device against the second player via a graphical user interface at the second mobile computing device; automatically and in-real time, via the communication network, tracking the playing habits of the first player at the first mobile computing device and the second player at the second mobile computing device during the round of the skill-based game; determining a winner of the round of the skill-based game from between the first mobile computing device and the second mobile computing device based on the skill of the first player and the skill of the second player; in response to determining the winner, displaying, via the communication network, on the display screen of the winner from between the first mobile computing device and the second mobile computing device, a graphical user interface indicating an award including at least a part of the jackpot; preventing a loser of the round of the skill-based game from between the first mobile computing device and the second mobile computing device from a playing future round of the skill-based game until the loser re-qualifies through play of a second luck-based game; and in response to tracking the playing habits of the first player at the first mobile computing device and the second player at the second mobile computing device, determining wagering patterns of the first player and the second player. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: controlling, by the at least one processor: preventing a third player device from playing the skill-based game based on a third outcome of a third round of the luck-based game played by a third player, in which the third outcome of the luck-based game is based on a random event determination; and allocating at least a portion of a third wager by the third player device in the third round to the jackpot. 3. The method of claim 1 , in which the facilitating play of the skill-based game includes: receiving, from the first mobile computing device, an indication of at least one action taken by the first player; receiving, from the second mobile computing device, an indication of at least one action taken by the second player; rendering, on the display screen of the first mobile computing device, a graphical user interface indicating the at least one action of the second player; and rendering, on the display screen of the second mobile computing device, a graphical user interface indicating the at least one action of the first player. 4. The method of claim 1 , in which the luck-based game includes: a single player game; and at least one of a slot game or a casino game. 5. The method of claim 1 , in which the skill-based game includes: a multiplayer game; and at least one of a first person shooter or a board game. 6. An apparatus comprising: at least one processor configured to control: rendering, via a communication network, on a display screen of a first mobile computing device of a first player, a graphical user interface through which a luck-based game is playable; detecting, from the first mobile computing device, a first wager for a first round of the luck-based game; facilitating play of the first round of the luck-based game at the first mobile computing device, in which a first outcome of the first round of the luck-based game is based on a first random event determination; automatically and in-real time, tracking, via the communication network, a current first location of the first mobile computing device and playing habits of the first player at the first mobile computing device, during play of the first round of the luck-based game; rendering, via the communication network, on a display screen of a second mobile computing device of a second player, a graphical user interface through which the luck-based game is playable; detecting, from the second mobile computing device, a second wager for a second round of the luck-based game; facilitating play of the second round of the luck-based game by the second mobile computing device, in which a second outcome of the second round of the luck-based game is based on a second random event determination; automatically and in-real time, tracking, via the communication network, a current second location of the second mobile computing device and playing habits of the second player at the second mobile computing device, during play of the second round of the luck-based game; allocating to a jackpot at least one of: at least a portion of the first wager by the first mobile computing device in the first round, at least a portion of the secon
