The invention claimed is: 1. Infrastructure equipment for use in a wireless telecommunications network, the infrastructure equipment comprising: receiver circuitry configured to receive a second signal from a terminal device of the wireless telecommunications network; transmitter circuitry configured to transmit a third signal to the terminal device, the third signal being transmitted in response to the reception of the second signal, the third signal being for the terminal device to determine, in combination with a first signal received by the terminal device, the spatial position of the terminal device, and the third signal being comprised within a system information block (SIB). 2. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the first signal is received by the terminal device from each of one or more signal emitting devices located at respective spatial positions. 3. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 2 , wherein the third signal indicates a spatial position of each of the one or more signal emitting devices. 4. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 2 , wherein each of the one or more signal emitting devices is a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) satellite. 5. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 2 , wherein each of the one or more signal emitting devices is located at a respective predetermined position within a predetermined contained geographical space. 6. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 2 , wherein: the terminal device is configured to determine its spatial position with respect to each of the one or more signal emitting devices based on a measurement of a characteristic of the first signal transmitted by each of the one or more signal emitting devices; and the third signal indicates the respective spatial position of each of the one or more signal emitting devices. 7. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal device is configured to receive the first signal from each of one or more sensors each configured to detect a characteristic on the basis of which information indicative of a spatial position of the terminal device is determinable. 8. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 7 , wherein the third signal indicates how the characteristic detected by each of the one or more sensors is to be used to determine the information indicative of the spatial position of the terminal device. 9. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the second signal is transmitted as part of a random access (RACH) procedure carried out by the terminal device and infrastructure equipment. 10. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 9 , wherein the second signal is comprised within a first message (Msg1) of the RACH procedure transmitted from the terminal device to the infrastructure equipment. 11. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 10 , wherein the second signal comprises a predetermined RACH signature. 12. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 9 , wherein the second signal is comprised within a third message (Msg3) of the RACH procedure transmitted from the terminal device to the infrastructure equipment. 13. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 12 , wherein the second signal indicates a type of information to be provided by the third signal. 14. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 13 , wherein the second signal indicates one or more types of signal emitting device from which a first receiver circuitry is configured to receive the first signal. 15. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 13 , wherein the second signal indicates one or more types of sensor from which the terminal device is configured to receive the first signal. 16. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 12 , wherein the second signal indicates an identifier of the UE. 17. The infrastructure equipment according to claim 1 , comprising network interface circuitry configured to transmit, to a location server, information based on the second signal and to receive, from the location server, information for generating the third signal. 18. A method of operating infrastructure equipment for use in a wireless telecommunications network, the infrastructure equipment comprising a receiver circuitry and a transmitter circuitry, wherein the method comprises: controlling the receiver circuitry to receive a second signal from a terminal device of the wireless telecommunications network; controlling the transmitter circuitry to transmit a third signal to the terminal device, the third signal being transmitted in response to the reception of the second signal, the third signal being for the terminal device to determine, in combination with a first signal received by the terminal device, the spatial position of the terminal device, and the third signal being comprised within a system information block (SIB). 19. A terminal for use in a wireless telecommunications network, the terminal device comprising: circuitry configured to receive a first signal; transmit a second signal to infrastructure equipment of the wireless telecommunications network; receive a third signal from the infrastructure equipment of the telecommunication network in response to the second signal, the third signal being comprised within a system information block (SIB); and determine a spatial position of the terminal device based on the third signal received from the infrastructure equipment in combination with the first signal received by the terminal device.
